If I could give it no stars, I would. Hands down the worst citizens bank. Eats cards, always something wrong with the ATMs. So frustrating when NEITHER of the ATMs work. Don’t use this location.
I went out of my way to write this, this is how frustrated I am with this bank.

I have been doing personal and business banking at the Sudbury branch for 8 years. It's been more than satisfying in working with Helen, the assistant branch manager there. She has been very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and courteous in providing banking services for me and my family. Helen is very busy, but she is always there to help. I highly appreciate and recommend her services at this branch.

Pretty annoying that you have to step into a branch to do a wire and sometimes there is one staff member out of 3 that can do it and that person is could be busy with a customer for a while.

The teller (Cathy) CANCELLED MY ATM CARD, per the Assistant Branch Manager, "by mistake". This location then CHARGED ME $12 to overnight a new ATM card. Absolute trash. ATMS are always broken. There is maybe 1 teller on normal days and talking to her is like talking to a brick wall - no response. Worst Citizens branch I've been to, and that's saying something since the one in Weston completely LOST a $70K deposit.

I have used banks all across the United States for different businesses with various results. The citizens Bank on Boston Post Road in Sudbury Massachusetts is my favorite bank of all banks. The knowledge they have, their ability to understand exactly what you need and to get it for you and moments and just get the job done is like lightning. Honestly, I don't want to leave the area just because I don't want to leave the people at that Citizens Bank. All my friends feel the same so we are all happy customers. Signed with them in 2018, I believe. Thx! (I also like the one in Weston Center.

We have had nothing but good service from this bank. We don't use the cashier service very much, but we do need banking services. We have worked with Helen a number of times and have always been very satisfied. Helen is professional, friendly and courteous. We would definitely recommend banking with this branch

Perhaps the experience is different at other branches, but this one in particular is awful and I would not recommend. I had an appointment scheduled to meet with a banker, but he called in sick. No one called me to tell me, and even though a banker was available, I was told to go home and reschedule the appointment online. A terrible customer experience. There are plenty of banking options, so look at any others before subjecting yourself to this terrible bank.

My fiancé and I deposited money in the atm last Monday instead of it crediting to our account it got eaten. We went inside spoke to the manager and a claim was filed and we were assured money would be in account by Thursday latest it's now Tuesday night and the account is over drawn 210$. When you call customer care your told 8-12 days for an investigation and there's no direct way to contact the claims department you literally have to sit here waiting when I've been assured by the manager the money was found. We've missed payments missed black Friday and cyber Monday this is completely unacceptable I'll be transferring my business accounts and personal accounts when this fiasco is over.Update- the manager called the regional manager and money's finally back. Mr. Williamson is a saint.

Horrible experience! Need some competent people there who know how to resolve issues. We live in 2021 people use real time bank to bank payments yet the employees no nothing about it! Why doesn’t citizens catch up with the times!
