I highly recommend using Adam Sinewitz and his team if buying or selling property. Adam is always very professional, does a ton of market research, provides prompt updates, and gives sound advice. He has a streamlined approach to paperwork which is very much appreciated. You can't go wrong using Adam. 10 out of 10, would reccomend!

I highly recommend using Adam as a real estate agent! I was the buyer in this case. Adam took the time to follow up with me on listings that weren't on the market yet or just came on. He was really on top of paying attention to properties that he knew I would be interested in and scheduled showings immediately for anything I said I liked. As a first time home buyer, my knowledge was very limited and Adam took the time to educate me. I was really blown away at the level of effort he put in. He took care of every question I had, and even helped me after I closed. So happy with my experience!

I had the pleasure of working with Adam Sinewitz as a buyer and a seller. He helped me buy a new condo and sell my old one. Communication is key for me and Adam was always available to take my calls, respond to e-mails, and set up showings quickly to see anything I wanted to look at. When it came to selling my old condo he hosted multiple open houses and private showings in a short period of time which ultimately lead to several great offers. Adam is also very trustworthy and he delivers on his word. Additionally, he has referrals for services related to the process (attorneys, movers, junk removal, etc) which is also really helpful. I am very satisfied with my deals as a buyer and a seller and I highly recommend working with him!
