Staff are very knowledgeable and informative when assisting customers with navigating the complex business of different mattresses. Staff are not pushy when it comes to purchasing. I would recommend the Sturbridge Mattresses Firm if you’re looking for a pleasant and stress free experience.

What I love about this store is that the staff are all so knowledgeable about the different types of beds. Ziggy helped me with me purchase today and he was wonderful! Buying a bed is a big decision, and the sales staff is impressive.

I want to say how nice it was to visit the Sturbridge Mattress Firm to search for a new bed. I didn’t know what to expect from the sales people. I tried all of the beds and found the perfect one. Micheal was very good explaining everything and working the numbers to fit my budget. I can’t say enough about how helpful and what a great experience I had shopping and purchasing my new bed!
