“The Mansfield store is fantastic, and has helped me out with all sorts of issues. I myself am a former store employee of AT&T / Cingular (not the Mansfield store, however). Consequently, human nature would probably make me more likely to be critical of how things are done in the Mansfield store, versus how I used to do things 10-15 years ago!I can honestly say that this store is managed just as effectively as any AT&T store where I myself was employed. Chris L., the store manager, is a wealth of knowledge (such as when he helped me out with disabling the pesky "talk-back" feature which I had accidentally activated on my phone).Chris multitasks very effectively. He is always eyeing the front door of the store, to ensure that every customer be helped as quickly as possible in a very busy store. (He uses a sign-in sheet as a tool for this objective.) This "best practice" results in none of the customers feeling forgotten or overlooked, as far as I can tell!I recently had a tricky upgrade situation, wherein I chose a model of smartphone which was not right for my experience level (as I found out after 3 days of frustration). Chris made the "exchange policy" easy for me to understand; and I swapped phones with a minimum of "heartburn" or extra expense.The staff at the store seems to follow Chris's leadership practices in helping customers, too. Although I have not dealt with everybody at the store, Kaylee also seems ready to help out, even if the reason for my visit is merely a question and not necessarily a "revenue-producing" sale. (!)Thank you, Mansfield store!!”

“I was so bummed when I woke up this morning and discovered that my phone wasn't turning on today, so I thought I'd stop by a Verizon store and see if they could help me get it back in action. Temesghen greeted me immediately so kindly, which right away changed my mindset. Within just a few minutes, he was able to perform a soft-reset and my phone was operational again. I am so grateful for his fast and friendly help! I would recommend this store and especially Temesghen for any of these services here. Thank you so much!! :D”

“In July of 2017 I walked in. Four or five customers were ahead of me. One guy was working behind the counter. The first person approached and asked "habla Espanol?" Si' he replied. This person was relieved and left very happy. The next person asked "fala portugues?" Sim He replied. This customer was also relieved and left very happy. Then it was my turn. I asked " you don't speak English also do you?" Yes I do my friend - how can I help you. I'm a customer since that day! Victor and I have become very good friends. Victor owns this franchise and has ZERO EMPLOYEES. He works here 7 days a week. His dedication to his customers is unmatched I'm sure. I'm willing to bet that Victor's loyalty % from his customers is the highest in the whole company. The fact that this store is in a "lower income" area makes the fact that he is still here 6 1/2 years. Still ZERO EMPLOYEES. “Great service and great rates. Don't go and pay high prices at any cell phone retailer, Mass Mobile Solutions will have the better deal. I have purchased a note 5, note 8, iphone10 max and a mac book pro. They will offer cash for your old phone. They also have a repair service for phones and computers/laptops. I have been shopping there since the note 5 came out. And I am not the most tech savvy and they have answered any questions I have had.”
