I have always had trouble with blood draws - I faint quite often. Maggie and Ann were such professionals, and so kind when the inevitable happened. They were able to get what they needed even though it took much longer than it should have. Really appreciate this staff, especially those two ladies!

Absolutely livid that they actually stop taking people at 3 and not 3:30 as listed online. I drove almost an hour from Rhode Island as this was what was said to be my best option. I cannot believe this. Why not just say 3 o’clock!!!???

I was expecting an unpleasant visit do to the reviews. I scheduled an online appointment that took seconds. I arrived early and checked in via email conformation, again took seconds. Then recieved a text they were ready for me 30 min early. Walked in waited 5 min name was called , staff very pleasant. Thank you labcorp great sevice.

Had blood drawn weeks ago, and they still haven’t posted any results. There’s no record of the labs having been done. This has to be some kind of violation. I’ll find out and sue if necessary.

Run far away. They don't know how to do fingerprints just tell you to go elsewhere but I couldn't since this was a pre employment requirement. Then they messed up the drug test. The chain of custody is pointless. Now job is in jeopardy thanks to them. This test took all of five minutes so I could totally see why it was done wrong by them. Very rude staff. Went to another lab and procedure was night snd day. the second place did temperature check of sample then they had to fill out form for every step of the process. Took about 1/2 hour but was more comfortable with the fact that procedures were being followed.

Just awful. Disgusting dirty office. The employees just chatting and nobody taking patients. There is nobody at the front desk! They are just hanging out in the back having fun while everyone waits. There is no point of having a scheduled appointment at this place.

Sam and Erica were amazing...they both made me so comfortable and I have really bad veins they were so patient and personable they are amazing ladies!!

Even though I have insurance, and it states this should be in-network, this company charged $861 for a simple blood test. If you are pregnant and considering genetic testing for you and your baby go ANYWHERE ELSE but Labcorp!Also google Labcorp! They’re involved in a settlement for being sued for healthcare fraud and kickback schemes

Got blood drawn by a very nice middle age man (Adrian or Adam I think) who did a great job and made me very comfortable. In and out in 15 minutes.

Laurie was so nice and helpful! My registration had expired but she took me after my appointment time when I was able to rectify the issue so I didn't have to go back another day! Would totally use them again!

I had to get specific bloodwork drawn at Labcorp which included two separate lab orders. The first time I visited this location, I had made an appointment for 2:30pm. When I arrived, I was told that they couldn't do my lab work, despite the fact that my order had the Labcorp logo on it. The supervisor came out from the back and explained that they could actually do the bloodwork, but I would have to come on a different day in the morning because Fedex would not do a pick up that late in the afternoon. This was inconvenient but I was understanding and I scheduled an appointment for the following week at 8:15am.Fast forward to the second time I visited this location. I arrived early and went to check in. I could hear the same phlebotomist from the previous time say "I already told her we can't do that. It's not my problem." Then, this phlebotomist came out into the waiting room and very rudely said to me, "can I help you?" I was polite even though I shouldn't have been, given the rude comments I had just heard. I explained that I was returning for my bloodwork. Again, she tried to tell me that they "don't do this here." Thankfully, another woman came from the back and actually looked at my lab order and confirmed that it was written to be done at a Labcorp facility. I ended up getting the bloodwork done and I'm glad. But it is frustrating that I had to fight to do it and honestly it seemed like some of the staff just didn't want to do their jobs.
