“We own Primavera restaurant in Ludlow and just installed the new Spot On system 3 days ago. Dave and his team have been incredibly supportive with system programming, installation, training, quick mods and extremely responsive on a 24x7 basis. The system is very user friendly and the backoffice, capability to do analytics, reports, mods to menus, etc is absolutely easy and happens real time. We absolutely love the system, wish we had implemented years ago.As for the Cash Register Solution team, we thank you very much, We really appreciate it. You guys have been extremely professional and responsive. Thanks again for all your support !!”

“Costco is the best. Very organized, speedy checkout and great deals on so many things. Kirkland brand is a staple in our home. Don’t forget the roasted chickens, cheap and delicious, also the hot dog and soda is $1.50. Once you start going, you’ll love it there!”
“I have found that getting my gas here is a good experience. There's an attendant there who is always walking outside and is quick to offer any assistance as needed. This is a very popular gas station in the community, and at times the lines are very long, but they usually move very quickly. This is the best price for gas in the area.”

“We had new tires put on last week (quick and easy appointment) and within two days I ran over a screw in the road. They were able to get me in the next day for a repair and when they determined it was not fixable they swapped out the spare for me and ordered a new tire which was covered by the warranty. The staff were all friendly and helpful despite it being a busy Saturday.”

Always clean and orderly which makes for hitting all the aisles safely and quickly. I would have given 5 stars but this is the second time I've had no toilet tissue in the ladies room stall! Ugh! Sorry no pics...but come on, it's a Costco!”
“Clean, organized and well stocked...on Black Friday, no less! The food samplers MADE IT RAIN so obvi we bought everything. Even other customers were super chill as we threw axes in the aisle ("You should get that axe-throwing set--my kids love it!"), had a dance party amidst the bulk-nut offerings or just engaged in general shopping-cart buffoonery. Come one, come all to the Costco at Enfield!”

“It's a pretty good warehouse store, it's not Costco though so don't expect that. Shopping in the store is a wonderful experience.
However, the curbside pickup up is absolutely terrible, worse than Walmart. Often you have to wait 20+ minutes to get your order (and hope they get it right), you're better off going in to pick up”

“I called to inquire about an adjustable steam valve for radiators and they were very professional and respectful, they found it within seconds and had a reasonable price. When I came to the supply storage all I had to do was mention that I was the one who called about it, he had the parts pulled within a couple minutes. Spent 5 minutes in the store and was on my way. Great customer service.”
