This is not a regular postal office, a search google maps for USPS and have not idea why Sent me to this place, and this place doesn't have even parking lot.

The customer service is just slow sometimes, so if you're in a hurry I wouldn't recommend going there. There's usually always one worker there, but when there's two it goes by a lot quicker.

Very friendly. But it's not a U.S. postal service it's Springfield College post office where they work with the U.S. postal service.

The woman that works in here most often has the worst customer service I have ever come across in any form of retail. She is absolutely miserable and gives attitude to every person that walks in the door. I began selling items online that come with prepaid shipping labels. When asking her for assistance about shipping materials for my items she has provided me with the wrong information which has forced me to wait in line all over again in this very busy location. I am so angered and frustrated by her piss poor attitude and I have had enough and I am sending a formal complaint regarding her service, It's shocking to me how someone like her still has a job at the post office of all places where customer service is essential.

My package arrived in this location to be send it to my house in North Adams Ma. And they sent it to the wrong post office localization in the same Springfield Ma area don't send any package by the USPS they may get it lost
