“We own Primavera restaurant in Ludlow and just installed the new Spot On system 3 days ago. Dave and his team have been incredibly supportive with system programming, installation, training, quick mods and extremely responsive on a 24x7 basis. The system is very user friendly and the backoffice, capability to do analytics, reports, mods to menus, etc is absolutely easy and happens real time.
