Other customers come in so ghetto, cussing with the children, terrible profanity some with bad Bo smell, some come in loud & disrespectful to employees, i notice employees greet them & no one greets them back, overall there customer service is great, store always looks clean keep up the good work !

BEWARE and STAY AWAY from this store, first of dirty music and you come there with kids. 2nd everything is so overpriced with no return option, my son wear once, not comfy bad quality, after 1 hour wearing many lines show up on the Jordans for $150, STAY AWAY, ONLINE SAME SHOES FOR HALF PRICE, FREE DELIVERY AND AT LEAST 30 RETURN OPTION IF YOU NOT SATISFIED.

Just left the Springfield store on Boston Rd. 3/4 staff on the floor. No one greets me or offers assistance. Playlist playing sexualized loud music while children are in the store. Employees swearing dropping f-bombs while on the sales floor. Won’t be going back anytime soon. Would have left a negative star rating if possible. Very disappointing and unfortunate.

Some clowns ? working there I was there today and they were making fun of my accent I'm carribean so that's the way I talk....so disappointed of those that work there...tall guy and the girls were laughing at me and repeating what I said with my accent....I was upset but I let it go.... expression get better employees with pro customer service...I'll never go there again.....the expression in west Springfield they treated me with respect ? and I was willing to spend good money there but I left...get a life ya'll and don't make fun of the customers .
