“I've been meaning to getting around to writing this review for awhile but the time has just gotten away with me. First let me start by saying I love going to this big lots they always have what I'm looking for and more but I'm writing this review more about the employees. There was an awesome team on the day I lost my phone in there. I put it on a shelf somewhere don't know how I left it but I did. When I came by in to look for it they all jumped in to help me without any hesitation and they were so nice about it. Shouts out to that team that was working that day. “This store has been closed for at least 6 to 8 weeks because of no AC and I guess they also closed in the winter for the same problem with the heat. We really need a dollar store open in this area so I hope they're not going to be closed for Good. Seems like they need to update the heating and air conditioning system so I don't know if they own the building or if they pay rent on it but they're losing a lot of money by being closed for so long which is a shame for both them and the customers who rely on them.”

“I actually wasn't at Save a Lot. I was at Family Dollar next door. I love that store. I went in there for 2 things and spent so much money that I don't have lol. I went in for a calendar and creamer. They have no calendars and I left without my creamer. So I went back in for creamer and came out with 10 more things and the creamer lol. Great place! I bought some clothes there and I gotta say that they're cute!”
“Store clerks were nice and friendly. They should be commended. Most Family Dollar stores have grouchy older ladies. The Family Dollar on Parker and Wilbraham Rd in Springfield is an awesome store!!!”

Who wants to pay convenience store prices? Chocolate! Always something on sale! Socks! High quality brands like Thor-lo and Wigwam.”
