Incredibly incompetent staff. I went there three times asking for a safe box. Each time, they told me I was missing more papers. When I finally had everything in place the fourth time, they told me they had been out of safe boxes for years while smiling, chilling, they were really not sorry at all. Very impressive!

Horrible customer service. They only follow their policies if they DON'T know you. They have a policy in place to check ID's but she informed me "we only require it if we haven't seen you before". The male manager heard this and came over and agreed. You either require it or you don't there's no middle ground.

Rushed all the way to Springfield because on maps it says they close at 430. Only to be locked out with all the tellers still there at 4:20

Worse bank ever. $10 replacement for a lost/stolen debit card. Customer service sucks! One day soon I’ll be closing all three accounts and finding a new bank.

Their online business solutions banking product is junk. Very difficult to get access online. No support after hours. LONG WAIT TIMES (10 minutes) for telephone support r=to even answer the phone during business hours. When asking for verification information, they ask about details of deposits only. Since I do not memorize those things, and our manager makes all the deposits, and that I am trying to log in to access that very information, and pay bills, I requested different verification info. Today, the "customer service" person told me (I'm not making this up), "I have nothing else I can ask you". And there you have, time for a new bank. And when I called the branch, nobody was available. Waiting in limbo...
