We had an object in our tire with a 14 hour trip ahead. We stopped in and John was amazing. He got it fixed fast and we were on our way. Can't thank him enough.

I was driving with my daughter back down to New Orleans when our front tire blew out on the mass turnpike. We got towed to Main Street tire and auto and they were incredibly helpful and kind and getting us back on the road.I highly recommend this tire and auto center. They're fantastic.

If I could rate this place 100 stars, I would! Went there roughly 3 weeks ago. I was scrambling to find a place that could do my front tires s they were bald and we were expecting all that snow (that ended up rain). I called a few places and they were booked out for weeks. Finally called this place and, they were booked but, I explained how desperate I was and, on top of it all, it was my daughter's birthday. I was between a rock and a hard place to say the least!The lovely lady checked in with those that would be doing the tires and, they were able to squeeze me in. So, they took my car, full of tires, balloons and a cake. Quickly and efficiently replaced my tires, didn't pop a single balloon or squish a cake lol.The waiting area was very clean and, my 14 year old that was with me loved all the complimentary snacks, and drinks. I didn't let her overindulge! She would have because if the amount of options.I really can't say enough good things about this place and, I would recommend them to anyone I know.To the staff there, if you read this... my now 7 year old had a fantastic birthday at Chuck E Cheese. Thank you all for helping a serious procrastinating mom in desperate need of tires lol.

In July 2022, my wife and I got a flat tire on the Mass Pike and ultimately limped to Main Street Tire for a new tire to continue our journey home to Western New York. The staff at Main Street Tire were first rate: They gave us a great price on a tire to get us home, noticed that we were low on oil and took care of that, and were courteous and friendly and fast. Their entire facility was clean and their waiting room area was comfortable. If I lived in the Palmer MA area, I would be swear by Main Street Tire for all of my car tire needs. Since I don't live in the area, I can only give them a great Yelp review, which is richly deserved. Thank you, guys! John Kolaga, Buffalo, NY

I was looking for a place to get my new tires, rims and sensors installed. I was referred by S&L Auto to go see John at Main Street Tire. John was very accommodating, got me in for service right away and took care of things with no issues. He was very professional and friendly, and does quality work. I look forward to doing business here again.
