We have just completed the sale of a fourth house with Marilyn and the Green Team. Due to the current market conditions, this was clearly the most challenging of all the sales. I think this sale speaks volumes for the capabilities of the team in both good market conditions and challenging market conditions. Marilyn has a tremendous amount of knowledge and a huge list of resources to call upon to optimize the chances of a sale. They are always looking for ways to make a sale work while always guarding against sales that have a low likelihood of being successful. We sold our home yesterday using Jen Thompson and her amazing Green team. In a few short days, Jen was able to mobilize several different tradespeople and the transformational work they accomplished in those few days definitely improved the appearance AND increased the value of our home. Her taste in staging our property was also instrumental. We'd certainly recommend them to others for a job very well done. A high energy, very responsive realtor with a great eye and a no nonsense attitude.

Three years ago we were moving into our house in Southborough. Jen was out for a walk in the neighborhood and stopped to welcome us to our home. During the very pleasant conversation Jen mention that she was a realter. Jump 3 years and we were ready to move.
