Why does no one answer when you call and email? I sent out my product for a service repair weeks ago but haven’t received any updates. The service center is also far from me, so I don’t have time to make it up here. I just want someone to pick up the phone and give me a status update of my repair

So far so good! We are so very lucky to have a Dyson repair shop in our area! I have brought two of my Dyson products to this shop, and they brought my older small vacuum back to life and I am using it like it was new! Additionally I had a hair appliance that I thought was dead for sure, but I apparently didn’t know what I was doing maintenance wise. I value these products and they serve me well. Thanks again for being a part of the local community!!

Adrian was absolutely fantastic! He had great energy. He was eager to help and very friendly. He gave me great tips on how to keep our Dyson running as well as possible and made our 1.5 hour trip totally worth it!

Adrian was amazing, super friendly and fast! Would recommend calling ahead of time for best service. Took time to explain everything from the machine down to the best at home maintenance tips. Would be 6 stars if I could.

From start to finish everything was perfect. I went in for a repair and also purchased (2) items. The knowledge and assistance of the staff was remarkable. They were able to repair my airwrap quickly and efficiently. I wish I went sooner! I highly recommend this store and Dyson products. You won’t be disappointed

Brought my vacuum to the Massachusetts location for service. Initial interaction was great. A day later I received an email, outlining my options for cleaning/repair. I replied back, indicating my preferred route. Fast forward three weeks. I called to follow up only to be told that they will call me back.
We are now at a week later. I tried calling during a regular business day today only to hear a recording saying that they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances on May 7th (it is July 5th).

I wanted to share my recent experience with the Dyson service center in Massachusetts. When I called to address an issue with my Dyson product, I was told by your customer service representative that I could go to this service center to get my problem resolved. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
When I called the Massachusetts service center, I spoke with an individual named Edrian, who identified himself as the supervisor. The interaction was extremely disappointing. Edrian was unprofessional and unhelpful, making the entire experience very frustrating. Instead of assisting me, he seemed disinterested in resolving my issue.
Given Dyson's reputation for excellent customer service, this experience was very surprising and disappointing. I hope that this feedback can help improve the quality of service at the Massachusetts center and ensure that other customers do not have similar experiences in the future.
The customer service said it should be exchange here but the supervisor said that it not possible. Please don’t play with customers.

Terrible vacuum. Waste of money. Battery lasts 5 mins and it barely sucks up anything. Constantly gets clogged.

Excellent customer service. I took my cordless Dyson in because the power wasn’t working. Adrian was friendly and knowledgeable, and fixed the unit in a matter of minutes (replaced the electrical unit, under warranty yay!). He gave me tips on how to maintain it going forward. Very happy, highly recommend. Thanks Adrian!

Great experience having my 4.5 year old Dyson multi ball repaired here. Walked in and had a repaired and cleaned vacuum for free within 30 minutes. Will be back for regular servicing to help prolong the vacuum’s life. It works better than ever! Thank you!

I will stay with Dyson forever and have told all my family members, relatives and friends to buy Dyson. We have been using Dyson vacuums for close to 30 years. Recently my 3-year old vacuum (the model for animal hair) stopped working. I dropped it off for service. A week later I was told to expect a replacement by mail. The 5-year warranty carries on for this one. So worth the money!
