“Jairus was friendly, helpful and approachable, and listened carefully to our needs. My partner is in a wheelchair, and Jairus treated them with respect and courtesy. Very open and friendly without overstepping. Sold us a great mattress and frame, but my only criticism is that Jairus told us just before we signed on the dotted line that the mattress we’d chosen had a slow break-in time and would likely take a month to break in. My partner has chronic pain (hence the wheelchair), so knowing this earlier would have been helpful for us. We likely would have bought a different mattress … and that would actually have been preferable for us, as this break-in is taking time. But overall, a great experience! Would shop here again.”

“I went there on a Thursday looking for a new sofa. Being married and not seeking a divorce I brought my wife down on Saturday to check it out and allow her to choose the fabrics. The owner was terrific, reasonable delivery charges and more than reasonable disposal charges for my old sofa. He even agreed to dispose of a couple of old recliners for no extra chage. Not at all hard to find; it’s inside a converted mill like many charming shops in western MA. I parked across the street near the crosswalk.”

“My husband was hit while on his motorcycle. Years ago we purchased a recliner from the West Springfield store. I went to set it up for my husband, so it would be ready when he came home from the hospital and rehab. It wouldn't work. I called the store in West Springfield and spoke with Mike. At first he said he would order the part and it would take about 7-10 days. When I explained my husband needed the chair now as he was on his way home, Mike said he would take parts from a new chair and be right out.He came to our home within a few hours and got the chair up and running. “QUALITY. USA MADE, mostly. More $ than big name down the street, but REAL FURNITURE, not fast-fashion veneer. Last month my sister asked about the new couch - we bought it 13 years ago & sit on jt all night every night, it's our only seating in living room. She's at our house regularly. It still looks perfect. Bought Amish-style tables here. Dovetail joints, tight, SOLID CHERRY, gorgeous. Buy here if you want it to last. Oh - no salesperson follows you, like the ads promise.”
