We ended up renting elsewhere, but I wanted to leave a 5-star review for Mike in the leasing office. My husband and I are relocating to Boston from out of town, and Windsor at Maxwell's Green has been a standout in terms of communicating availability and getting us on a tour when we were in town. The apartments were generously sized, well maintained, and the location was great. We would've rented here had a townhouse not become available to us during the time frame that we needed.

I moved to this complex recently and have had a really wonderful experience. My move was a bit complicated, and the management and leasing staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. The apartment itself is really nice and I appreciate the attention to detail in how things are set up - for instance I love cooking but have never lived anywhere else where the oven is attached to the countertop seamlessly so that food can't fall in the crack. The small issues that I reported to the maintenance team when I moved in were dealt with so fast! Everyone I've met here has been very friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate the area as a dog owner! It's a quiet area with lots of other dogs around and it's so nice to go for walks on the community path without worrying about cars.

This place is incredible! When setting up our new apartment, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. When we need to accommodate clients nearby, this property will be our first choice without a doubt.

I had a tour with Kristina Kirby in April 2023 and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Kristina was incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough. Honestly, finding an apartment is so stressful, but Kristina made it a fun and relaxed tour - hands-down still the best tour I've had so far in my search.The apartments were lovely; they were clean, modern, and well-furnished with lots of light and great views. The location is fantastic - right by the green line but not noisy!If you're considering a tour I would say you should just do it!

Living in this apartment complex has been a great experience. It's in a prime location, with proximity to amenities and serene city views. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious. Plus, the variety of amenities make a for a convenient living situation. Great location close to the Somerville walking path too.The management has been consistently responsive and courteous, always ready to address any issues promptly.However, a recent 18% rent increase (year over year / renewal) is a hefty hike that may not suit all budgets. This complex is a wonderful place to call home if you're prepared for potential rent fluctuations.

Maxwell's Green might be perfectly located in Somerville, being right next to the new Magoun Square train station and the Somerville Community Path, a short walk from restaurants and bars in Magoun Square itself, and reasonable walks to both Davis Square and Porter Square. There's also a rare, large courtyard, and modern apartments. Even better, the staff is very responsive and helpful, especially the on-site leasing consultant Kristina (who sets up social events, including one at which I made some great new friends) and everyone I've worked with in maintenance (for very minor issues). I've lived here six months and will almost certainly renew this year.

We moved to Maxwell's Green for a temporary stay of 4 months. We have been overwhelmed by the competence, responsiveness of a very nice and friendly staff. If you have a question or any request, Kristina is an excellent reference and made us feel our first steps in US from Europe easier and safer. The location is beautiful, well served and maintained. Thank you warmly Maxwell's Green!

Loving it here so far! The location is great and the staff is even better. Evan and Kristina have responded quickly and kindly to any question or request I’ve had so far. The buildings are well maintained and neighbors are respectful.

I’ve been living at Maxwell’s green with my partner and our dog for about 6 months now and we couldn’t be happier that we made the choice to live here! From our very first interaction with Kristina in the leasing office we felt so welcomed and had all of our questions answered quickly and thoroughly. The apartments are beautiful, the maintenance team is so responsive and friendly, living here is amazing and we have loved making Maxwell’s green our home!

We are new residents of Windsor at Maxwell’s Green after moving to the area a few months ago. The property stood out when we were doing online searches for properties in Somerville - the amenities, proximity to awesome restaurants and the walking path, drew us in! And we were even more impressed once we toured the grounds and met Kristina in the leasing office. She was so welcoming and personable from the start, and we knew we found the right place for us. The units are spacious, clean, with nice appliances, and great flow to the space. Kristina and the entire team have been so great - maintenance requests are quickly addressed, and they even went the extra mile and carried a large package into our unit so we didn’t have to. This place is great and we are so glad to be part of the community!

Moved to the US and absolutely love the place I chose to live! The area, people, community is the best. My experience with the leasing office has been so far so great - very supportive and helpful team of people (special shoutout to Kristina and Elizabeth who assisted me always). The maintenance team is quick and efficient to all needs of a resident! Very satisfied with my choice of living here, and couldn’t recommend it more.

I love Maxwell's Green!! I have been here since the beginning! since they first opened and could not have had a better experience throughout this time. The property is expertly maintained - clean, safe, friendly, and overall a terrific environment. I am so grateful for the comfort, flexibility, and genuine care from the team members - special thanks to many years of support and good times to Kristina, DickWest, Evan and Jessica from myself and my pup Kiki!
