This is a solid post office! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they usually have a bin for drop-offs separate from the counter. There are lots of negative reviews, but I’ve never had a bad experience here.

Terrible customer service by Norma. I was second one in line and other line started to pile up. She told me I was in the wrong line (exist vs entrance) and to go to the end of the line to be assisted. She absolutely could have assisted me . A 2 second return.

Woman at the counter charged me extra for a signature when I told her I didn't need one. Not sure if it had to do with being "priority mail".I tried to change to 5-day shipping because it was cheaper and they said i couldn't because they already attached the label I had hand written the address on onto the box... even though they then printed an actual sticker with the address info right after. Obviously the hand written sticker didn't actually matter, considering it was wrapped to the point the address was no longer legible when it arrived.Oh and don't bother telling them something is fragile, the box still arrived smashed. And I paid over $25 for the pleasure!

Great post office. The clerk working the counter on Saturdays is always super friendly and lines move very quickly.

Terrible service! I grew up living in Somerville and moved away, finally came back to live in my town after all these years. Now everytime I order online they never mail my packages instead they keep it in the post office and that’s so annoying. I have to go out of my way to go to the post office. People there are completely useless. Rude and they have no knowledge at all. I needed help and the woman who worked there barely spoke English and the other woman I asked help told me to call a 1-800 number.I told her it’s a simple question of yes and no, why should I call a number for that. Hate this post office

Horrible customer service. Chick literally just sat there doing nothing to help....all she could do was hand me a piece of paper with numbers on it that are disconnected. Instead, I decided to do her job better, use Google and actually find a number that works in hopes to finding my lost package. It's 2023 and the post office still can't do the one thing they are supposed to do. Hopefully amazon will buy them out laaaaaawd

Had a great experience here, the staff member I spoke with was extremely friendly. I was there in the early afternoon and there was no line. And, they have parking!

I've been using a PO Box here for many years. However, these last few months have been horrible. They hired a bunch of new people and I've noticed that a lot of the packages that say to be "delievered" to my PO Box are not delievered for weeks. I'm missing hundreds of dollars of packages that I'll never be able to receive due to poor management and order. This needs to be fixed.

Worst place ever don’t waste your time the people that work here are lazy, They never deliver to my house and when I reschedule a delivery I always wait out front of my house and they never tried attempt to deliver my packages I have cameras I already see the pink slip in their hands when they actually do their job

This post office is really small, only 2 patrons can be inside at a time (because of covid distancing) so expect to be standing outside in line for a bit (be prepared for weather!). Alot of the reviews are mentioning rude workers, I did not have that experience at all. They were kind to me and did business as usual. Its not the fastest operation but I know they are just doing their best!
