Wow I brought my dog here a couple of times for a nail trim and I tried to come back but the guy who answers the phone is just literally one of the most rude human beings I’ve ever talked to? I live right up the street and would come here all the time for anything pet related but he’s been so rude to me on way too many occasions. I’m so done even trying to go here!

This for the review that Carlosleonmakeuphair posted a few minutes ago. I was at the salon when the assistant mention to you severl times that they do no do Lion Trims or any cuts on cats. you ask again and again three times. The assistant again said sorry we do not sir. So I do not understand if someone says they do not offer that service, than why get upset with them a lie about them having bad customer service!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE when you are trying to book an appointment. Thank you for that, I could not imagine how could be the service. Also they make you feel as they are doing you a favor.

Love Stinkys! My Himalayan kitty Jane requires monthly grooming etc. We had bad experiences elsewhere but Stinkys is our go-to now and has been for a few years. Joanne is a wonderful proprietor, very kind and knowledgeable. I am so grateful I found Stinkys!

Rude on the phone when trying to make an appointment for my dogs nails cut and I quote “I’m very busy” is what I was told. I had to ask again any openings? Then just threw out a date & time. Didn’t ask for my phone number or anything. Just hung up. Went with my dog on the date/time and a complete no show. I left a VM message, she called back and then tried to accuse me of getting the time wrong and just RUDE RUDE RUDE, not apologetic at all. Stay far away from this place you shouldn’t be so rude when dealing with animals in my opinion.

I wasn't super impressed with my cat sitter from this establishment. On the plus side, my home and animals were safe and well cared for which is, of course, the most important thing. However, the communication was below expectations and less than what I've experienced with Rover sitters. The sitter didn't send pictures or status updates unless I asked for them every single day, and the texts were not very informative. I came home to a vomit stain on my carpet, and the vomiting was never highlighted to me by the sitter. She also very poorly cleaned it up. Overall, I'd say that you your pet will be safe but you can get a more communicative and conscientious sitter on other sites. The business owner herself is quite nice and I don't think that my mediocre experience reflects anything about her, personally.

Got my cat’s claws trimmed here and he is famously dramatic about it when I try to do it. Both of the owners were very quick, friendly, and gentle with him. It was $20 and less than 5 mins total. I will be booking appointments with them in the future and coming back to buy pet supplies!

Jo Ann is great! We asked her last minute to cat sit for Mr. Peaches. He usually hides when guests come to our home but he liked her right away. She is experienced, trustworthy, great communicator and made me feel totally at ease on vacation. Highly recommend but get requests in early, she is in high demand!

I brought my very skittish dog in today for a long-overdue nail clipping. She was super-nervous and cowering and trying to crab walk away. The staff were extremely calm and confident with her, lifted her onto the table and clipped her nails in less than 5 mins. My dog didn't even flinch. I am so happy and will definitely be going back.

The receptionist was polite but the cat groomer was rude and with an attitude when I was asking for more information about the services. Would not trust him my pet or any other pets.

Our dog has a really, reallllllly tough time getting her nails clipped. (She resorts to using as much of her strength as possible to escape having her paws even touched, let alone have a grinder or clipper anywhere in her vicinity). And yes, she will use her teeth if she feels she has to. Our vet charged us FORTY dollars for a clipping the last time we had an exam, and they didn't even get all of her nails! There were still 3 in the back that needed to be clipped, and they said they weren't able to do it. Huh? For forty bucks and a room full of puppy pros, I'd assume you'd be able to handle clipping my dog's nails - but that is a review for another establishment. ;) Knowing all of this made it tough to take her anywhere... most places wouldn't even attempt it. I read the reviews for Stinky's about doing nails for dogs that are, let's say... persnickety. That sold me... I had to give it a try. In order to get this job done, it took 4 people. Me, my husband, Jo-Ann, and her assistant... but, it DID get done. And my dog was fine - all nails neatly trimmed, no other muss or fuss. She got a treat when we were all done, and she trotted home with us proudly. We have found our place. thank you, JoAnn!

Great service - I have used Stinky's over the years for pet sitting and nail trims for my cat Stevie. The team really knows what they are doing, and are always reliable and professional. I feel grateful to have such a wonderful spot in my neighborhood.
