“I’ve been going to (Target’s Somerville) CVS location for over Ten Years. I’ve had issues with prescriptions off & on. The only Pharmacist who seems to be consistent is a young lady named Renee. She’s the only reason I still get my prescriptions at CVS. She’s help correct issues each & every time. Thank you Renee”

“I was having problem looking for a hair grayed away touch up pencil. I have asked two male employees, and both of them just told me to head to a a specific aisle. But I still didn't find it, not one of those two employees bother to even ask me if I found it. , until one female employee passed by and asked me if am doing OK & if I need any help. She helped me all the way, escorted me and didn't stop until we found what am looking for. What an amazing worker with an A+ customer service. She was also demonstrating a good command of leadership. She knows how to take care & please a customer. She is definitely a great asset to CVS company. It is definitely very hard to find such an excellent employee with such dedication & strong desire to truly help their daily customers from all walks of life. I made sure, I asked her name and wrote her name. She is a young woman who possessed a great charming and jolly personality. Her name is Shierra Bakirci. She works at CVS Assembly Row. If I could give her more stars, I would.Cordially,Mary”

“Very fast and efficient for passport photos! I drove to this location cause the location near me has bad reviews and it was worth the extra 10 minutes driving in traffic to get the photos done here. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great customer service.”

“5 stars for Tony in produce - he saw me a bit confused in front of the cantaloupe and took great care to explain how to choose a ripe one. He also gave me a few other helpful hints for washing my fruits and veges. A lovely sweet man.”

“I don’t know what’s happened in the pharmacy business but I’ve found most of them, both CVS and Walgreens, which are my only two options now, have terrible customer service these days. I was living on the Cape for a few years and CVS in Bourne was a NIGHTMARE. It was literally IMPOSSIBLE to get through to the pharmacy by phone. I think they deliberately tied up the phone lines because I waited on hold for over an hour once just to see how long they’d keep me on hold and they NEVER picked up, I finally hung up. They get SO many calls and/or are SO short staffed that they keep callers on hold for over an hour; HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?I’m disabled so I have to rely on family and friends to pick things up for me. I take several medications and I didn’t want to send someone there to request the refills then have to wait to pick them up, and they were THE ONLY pharmacy within three miles of where I lived, and the that pharmacy was a CVS too! When I moved back up to the city I was living in Medford, I was so happy to be able to use the Walgreens at Station Landing again because they were always great to deal with and had a drive through window. Unfortunately Walgreens closed that location, I guess the company is cash strapped after the BONE HEAD Theranos debacle. There was another Walgreens near my house; in fact, within walking distance so I started to use the Walgreens on Salem Street in Medford. They were almost as bad as the CVS in Bourne and didn’t have a drive through window. I’m living in Somerville now close to the Walgreens on Somerville Ave and they’re not THE BEST pharmacy I’ve used, which was the Target pharmacy on Somerville Ave, but those have been replaced with CVS. As for Walgreens on Somerville Ave, I am usually able to get through by phone without waiting long and I’ve had no issues with most of the associates I’ve dealt with.”

“The staff in the retail store and the pharmacy were friendly and eager to help me, The lines were much shorter than a few months ago, I have limited vision and they were willing to help me find what I need and made good suggestions, The pharmacy expedited my proscription renewal. They got my meds ready for pickup before I ran out, Davis Square is by far the best CVS location I have used”

“Was in earlier today around 3– was helped by a lovely young woman with dark hair, she wore a dark shirt as well with the cvs lanyards when she wasn’t helping me she was doing her best to help other customers figure out their needs and her coworkers do their jobs as efficiently n patiently as possible. She was amazing n I’m traditionally a Walgreens girl but not anymore”
