I go in the middle of the day during the week when it is not busy. Every time I've gone every staff member has been super friendly.
The prices are good, but the real savings comes from the app. I also love how quick and seamless the credits work. Before I go I preload money into my account. And at the register I say "charge it to my account" and no cash no card it's paid for.

Good deals. However, when I came into the store today, the budtenders looked like they hated
Life. No greeting and I’ve never been to a place where the budtender gave me my order receipt to look over instead of showing me what’s in the bag. Disregarded the note I had on the order about my rewards and didn’t seem like he wanted to answer any questions about them. Cashier 49766 obviously didn't want to work on the holiday.

They will tell you whatever you want to hear on the phone to get you to walk through the door.
Just jogged three miles in 102 heat and hot turned down over an expired I'd even though I had 5 more IDs with info and pics on them. Now I'm sweaty tired and forced into drinking. Good job Liberty

I have to deduct some stars for the old white man with long gray hair being extremely rude from the beginning of our interaction.
There was confusion over a discount online that process for me at checkout at 20% off. Turns out that was a sale ended at 2pm and I checked out at 2:06pm. First off, the sale had no mention of ending at two when I first opened the menu nor when I did read through the item description. From a site user feedback, if the sale ended at 2, then maybe fix your site and have the price reflect that accurately if the sale is so time sensitive? Like y’all are still open for another 3 hours, seems pretty crucial. I walked in and was very confused once I heard an entirely different price to what I agreed to pay for online. The first budtender is very kind and handled things well, five stars for this kind person.
This other dude though?? NO chill, was extremely abrasive in our entire interaction and (just read some of these other reviews) sure knows how to unnecessarily escalate a situation. Dude straight up just shrugged and made sure to make me feel this was only my fault and that his hands were tied.
I feel for the other staff members present because every time I have come in here they’re all so friendly. I have had a nice time picking out strains in past visits with different staff members. If this is the guy who is next in charge y’all hired to handle customers when something unusual happens, it’s a hard boot for me. This guy blows and is an absolute tarnish to the reputation of this dispensary.
I’d happily review this place a five stars if it weren’t for this one terrible staff member.

Was a regular customer here, the minute they went recreational everything started to suck, never enough staffing for medical side, recreational is always stocked while medical it is not. Already looking into other places to go.

Walked into Liberty the other day and was greeted by a warm and friendly front-desk attendant who made me feel welcome off the bat.The budtender’s name was Danielle and she clearly has extensive knowledge about the various strains on the menu. She humored my catlike curiosity and we discussed different options for quite some time.I’m an exceedingly tough customer when it comes to flower - I’m not primarily looking for the highest potency… my real goal is to find an incredible aroma and flavor, and I avoid anything infused with terpenes because I find that they taste artificial to my palate.I mentioned that I am always on the lookout for citrus flavors, particularly anything resembling orange.She recommended the Burmese Mimosa which had a mandarin orange vibe. It was exactly what I was looking for, and the orange flavor was clearly pronounced. Will absolutely be back for another ‘mimosa’ next time I’m in Boston!

I've been getting a little concerned that there's more attention to the recreational menu than the medical. As a medical patient I'm not interested in paying all those taxes it doesn't make sense. But I am noticing a lot of dispensaries that have gone recreational is starting to lose focus of their medicinal involvement in the cannabis industry. I've even been to other recreational facilities and have asked about profiles of certain cannabis strains regarding effects and potency and a lot of budtenders just sit there and tell you weed is weed. That is not going to help the longevity of the market. You certainly don't get that kind of unprofessionalism at liberty. Liberty's filled with a great staff who cares and they've always had really nice products and have responded greatly in the past to patient suggestions. I don't know what's happening but I'm a little concerned that it may value the recreational over the medicinal. I'm not always trying to have a party in partake in cannabis it's been my medicine.
