Somerville library recommended here for a free public notary but apparently you need to make an appointment. This fact is not noted anywhere, either on the website or in the bank itself.

30 minutes wait just for a card just because Liliana Ortega don't stop talking things that are not from work with another employee need to be more professional I understand if I'm waiting because they have another customer but not because they love to be talking ?? I feel discriminated too because they look at me past me by but don't help me to get my new card

Terrible customer service. I was told they couldn’t change quarters for me because you have to have an account with them as they “look you up in the system” to give you QUARTERS. The teller acted like it was a free service or a favor. Line was long as hell because atms weren’t working and they only had 2 tellers while a 3rd employee just stood there watching the line as it got bigger and bigger. Go to Winterhill bank or Bank of America, they don’t make up fake policies to gate keep quarters.

Was put on hold and hung up on multiple times. Finally on my 3rd attempt calling I was told they were busy and to try calling back. If they would have told me this the first time, I would not have minded.

Honestly I hate this bank but the banker here named Mabel is amazing!!! She helped with all my questions, she literally knew so much, and was able to solve alllll my issues through great questions and great listening. She worked with me to help get everything handled and made me feel comfortable!

Terrible customer service. Lady manager was rude and lied about there not being $100 bills and commanded tellers to not give $100 bill out without any reason. She then started yelling when I asked why and aggressively told us to leave when we kept questioning and even threatened to call security. She refused to give card when asked to call customer service. Terrible bank would consider transfering banks!

Customer service like many others said before is certainly very bad. Not only that, it takes forever for them to help you. Also, whenever times they sign me up for a new service, never explain the details to me, and I have to pay extra fee then call the customer service. Wasting of time.
