She went above and beyond to make the kitchen cabinet design and purchasing process seamless. Here are ways she outperformed: - During the initial consultation, she spent over an hour understanding what we were looking for and creating preliminary sketches. She offered her ideas along the way, based on her many years of experience, and I never once felt that she was upselling. I also valued that she was honest about what would AND would not work - Mary gave us about a month to review the design and personally called us when there was a 30% off cabinets promotion, saving us thousands and thousands of dollars! - During our final consultation, we reviewed additional design options for over 2 hours before finalizing the purchase. We never once felt rushed. In summary, Mary is knowledgeable and highly recommended.”

“Had a great experience here buying a grill on 6/16- initially a bit disappointed that what we wanted/ thought was there was not available, but home depot was incredibly accommodating and had us walking out with exactly what we hoped for.

“John at the Sommerville, MA location is great - I had to help my sick college-aged daughter with a project. She is the maker, not me. John was thoughtful, and professional, and helped me with a solution that worked well for my family. He is a trained electrician so he was able to give great advice. Another customer (sorry guys - a male) got irritated that he was helping me solve a problem. John was calm, prioritized my support, and tried to guide the customer to service. All to say, we people of a certain age are normally ignored. John understood what needed to get done and took the time to help direct me to the right products at HomeDepot for the job. Thank you!”
