Regular water leaks of disgusting smelly sprinkler water, we have had 5 leaks in our apartment in 2 years, rent has gone up too, lazy patch jobs done by maintenance. "Luxury"? No.

Lovely tucked away setting, surrounded by lots of greenery, as well as bunnies, chipmunks, etc.Only 6 buildings with 3 floors each, and 4 apartments/floor, so, quiet ambience.

The management and staff are very very goodMark is good hearted person and very well management…I enjoyed staying in Madison shrewsbury for about 3 years
