We had our common drive for three houses and my driveway (350ft long) paved by Larazo in September of 2023. The planning staff, the paving crew were great! They driveways are holding up great and we are very happy! They even compacted the edges as I believe some paving firms do not do that. The did a complete driveway removal and new base as well. That the way it should be! Thanks, The Molls

We used Lazaro paving about a year and a half ago. Shortly after, we saw areas of concern notified them a couple days after our job was completed they came out, said they would come back out early spring with an infrared heater and roll it out again,”we’ll put you on the list, do not worry .” Well after multiple calls, NO response. It took us years to be able to afford this and here we are with areas that are not holding up. Very disappointed with their customer care. I want it fixed, for the money we paid my driveway should still be great, sorry to say it is not. We followed all the rules they told us to. We have a truck that’s used several times a year and when my husband moved it last we saw where it sunk at the tires.Irene Butler5/15/23 just an update, was contacted by the company, issue was reviewed. They never fixed the problem.10/ 22/23 Guess it’s safe to say there will be no resolution.

A few years ago I was delivering materials to an industrial area in Marlboro. Lazaro was on site. Absolutely no cones, no tape, no direction from anyone. I asked if I was clear to get to the drop site and a younger guy told me to go ahead. Out of nowhere some miserable prick starts cussing like crazy, calling me and the other kid every name in the book, getting in my face trying to intimidate me. He then proceeds to kick my truck and throw cones at the other kid, my truck and myself. This incident still bothers me to this day. I flip off every Lazaro truck I see. This is why I and everyone I know will never use this company. I will make sure this story continues to be passed on for years to come.

I haven't used their services, but my neighbor has. Day one of the job they parked their trucks in front of my driveway so I had no access. Day two and their trucks are taking up the entire width of the street making it impossible for anyone to get up or down. What if there had been a fire or other emergency? Not to mention two of their workers were standing outside screaming obscenities at each other. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior.

Neighboring house getting paving done should not have blocked my whole street. I had an appointment with electricians to do work in my home that had to be cancelled because they blocked the whole street for an hour. Not to mention the workers were yelling obscenities at each other before they left.

Recently while driving through Clinton MA I observed a Lazaro paving employee blowing dirt, rocks and other debris from a driveway they were working on, directly into the roadway while vehicles were driving by him. When I drove by him, I made a hand gesture to stop blowing into the road at people's vehicles. He then pointed his leaf blower up to my open window and made like he was blowing directly into the cabin of my vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Why is it illegal to plow snow across public roadways, but you can blow rocks and driveway debris that could damage and scratch people's vehicles?

Lazaro team are magicians. My driveway was 7 years old and landscaping was well established, they came in and removed the existing driveway with care to not disrupt anything surrounding the pavement. They came back to install the new driveway, again on time, precise, delivered a superior product, made sure to again not disrupt anything surrounding it and left the driveway and street clean with no debris. From sales, to the crew who worked on the driveway, to the office staff, they were all professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My impression of Lazaro Paving Corp. work and contractor personnel is all favorable.The work was obviously done by professionals in a professional manner.I never heard a raised, or angree voice from any of them.They knew the work that needed to be done and made it happen.

This is what that did to my lawn and did not fix .and I know that seen it and thay were not even paving near my yard. Very disrespectful and bad business.

These guys did a great job ripping out the old driveway and putting in two layers (a binder course and a top course) in our new driveway. The crews were very professional and were always available to answer questions.Service: Asphalt paving & repair

Our driveway is very long, about 700' in length and was never officially paved. The previous owner had what I guess is called Flexipave installed along with liquid asphalt and stone rolled into it. This lasted about 10 years but deteriorated fast. We decided to have paved 'the right way'. With that we had may estimates come in for the work to be done.In the end we decided to go with Lazaro Paving. Their overall experience in the field, as they are one of the big players in the area, their explanation of how they would do the job, along with answering any and all questions we had, along with a long list of positive reviews and referrals is what helped us decide on them for the job.When it came time to start the job, they called to schedule a few days in advance. When the day came to start they were here when they said they would be. Both prep and installation teams. And they did the work they promised to do. All employees were very professional and had great work ethic. You can see they take pride in their work.We highly recommend Lazaro Paving. We couldn't be happier.
