The counter attendant complained about filling my propane tank 20 minutes before closing. When I pressed if he could do it, he cited how he had to do more paper work. I used to fill tanks as a kid and filled plenty past closing if we were still there because the customer is what matters. Hard to believe it is so hard to get good service these days.Edit: Very pleased with the owners response. No need for a free fill. But thank you for the offer. I'm glad your employee took this as learning opportunity.

It is nice to have a gas station and a little store in this location, but I don't understand why the people who work there are so gratuitously rude and discourteous. Like many of the reviews on yelp I found the staff to be abrasive and unresponsive. Really too bad. I avoid when possible.

Pricey with an attitude!!! Very disappointed, I have been a client for more than a decade to this business, I noticed that when I choose Full service to fill my tank, first a long wait, then a slack, then "the look" and lastly(today) a word from the employee tell ing me I could do it myself!!! The nerve of this guy! (He used to be so personable and always smiling). I'm paying the extra price that ridiculously they set and not sure who regulates, but is convenient if weather is inclement or I just dont want to get out of my car! Is clearly stated FULL SERVICE, when I told him they should remove the sign then he told me: "3 more weeks"...3 more weeks of attitude? I'm removing myself as a client starting today, I can fill my own tank in other gas stations qhere prices are lower, also they would be loosing my other ourchases in their convenient but overpriced store. Bye Sherborn Citgo, your services dont match your market.

The attitude of the young people behind the counter is "couldn't care less". Rarely find a place quite like this in a high-end Boston suburb. Couldn't find anyone behind the counter to make a purchase at 8 pm 'cause he's hanging out at the pizza oven on the premises. The public bathroom is filthy, right out of an inner city. Hard to believe Sherbornites patronize this place though I realize they have no choice. If they did they'd go elsewhere for sure.

Horrible customer assistance. They take too long to assist people in the Dunkin' Donuts but are fine to hurry for the people in the drive thru. It's ridiculous.
