We ordered some championship rings for an event in our town. In speaking with their staff, we found that they were delayed from storms that happened on the other side of the country. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything arrived in time for our event and kept in touch with us the entire time to make sure we had updates.

Ordered 1,000 Gift Cards for my new Ice Cream Shop "San Carlos Scoops" in Ft. Myers. The artwork done by the graphic artist was excellent, the price was unbeatable, and the package arrived within the given timeframe. I'm very happy! Highly recommended!

For the past several years, the Peters Township Hockey Club has used SMI Awards to customize player gifts for our annual year-end banquet. We have the biggest Mite through Varsity developmental program in the state of Pennsylvania, so have several age groups for which we have to purchase gifts. I cannot say enough about the high level of professionalism of Patty Adams, the SMI representative we have worked with year after year. Patty is proactive, knowledgeable, and (best of all) understands the sense of urgency involved with having everything delivered in time for the banquet.
This year, a batch of the items printed with our logo had arrived a bit damaged. Patty was on vacation, but within hours, I received an email from Doug Dunlevy (who had been forwarded Patty's msgs) stating that replacements were on their way and would make it in time for the banquet. This level of customer service is why we will continue to use SMI Awards.

For well over a decade I've run several theatre companies and youth theatre programs in and around the Boston area. A few years ago I began ordering tote bags from SMi Awards for the kids/families involved in these youth programs as a thank you/takeaway gift for their participation. Everyone who received a tote bag LOVED it! In addition, I've also ordered items like personalized mugs for cast/crew gifts at the end of a production. Again, the recipients loved their gift(s). The variety (and quality) of products and the customer service have been truly outstanding and I love that everything is priced so reasonably. I look forward to working with SMi Awards again very soon. Thanks SMi!

I bought watches as a gift to the guys in my bachelor party. We had a golf tournament and thanks to SMi Awards I had an inexpensive, but unique custom gift to give them too remember the day.
