Joan was a tremendous help in finding the perfect gift for a really dear friend of mine who is celebrating a birthday and recently graduated with her masters degree! Joan’s level of service was very efficient, she guided me to find a curated gift with her expertise. The present was wrapped so beautifully, I could not be more happy with the choice. Patti and Mya at Zales in Saugus are the best. They are kind with exceptional customer service. They took their time to make sure I got the best service at the end of their day. They stayed past closing time to assist me. I recommend this place and these ladies.

Joan from the Saugus store was a life saver, there was a big screw up where zales owed me $300 due to a miscommunication and she stayed on the phone with them for over an hour until she solved this for me. I was very happy with her customer service!
