It was okay. The sales person was good. I am no disappointed that the soda and loveseat were priced practically the same even though the loveseat was 24 inches smaller.

A very relaxed and non intimidating atmosphere to try many recliners in order to find the right one. We never felt any pressure to buy even though we did end up purchasing a new recliner.

I was surprised at the range of styles, features, and fabrics for recliners, loveseats, and carpets that I needed. The salesman Kevin answered our questions, allowed us to wander the showroom without hovering, and recommended the free design services. After I completed a detailed description of my design needs, a designer (Andrea) visited our home. She brought a selection of carpet and fabrics in the colors I had requested. We spent 2 hours reviewing possible furniture solutions, fabrics, and rug samples. She measured the space and the pieces I intended to keep. In two weeks we met and using 3D imaging we selected a loveseat, a recliner, and two rugs in coordinating colors. It was so efficient and fun.

Loved the products at LazyBoy in Saugus, but the best part was the service! Don, was not only extremely patient and helpful but also fun to work with. I would highly recommend!

I went in to there store to find a desk chair for my at home office. I then asked one of the workers if they had any out or for sale. They then said no and right when I turned around to walk out there was a group of desk chairs out for sale. I don’t under stand why they said no but bad service in all.
