Very rude pharmacist! Called to inquire about me meds and this male pharmacist talked to me in a very condescending way & quickly hanged up on me before I had a chance to ask more questions.

If you need a passport photo, come here! They are open 24/7 and have the screen and camera ready to go! I absolutely loved Shenseea who was so patient and helpful during a stressful time. She was so helpful and kind. Thank you so much!

I needed assistance finding an item and an employee named Bob was very helpful in finding what I needed. The store manager named John also was very pleasant and personable.

Communication is very poor at the pharmacy. If there isn’t a medicine in stock please inform before giving an alternative as that alternative may not work especially if it is what the doctor ordered. Communication and kindness goes a long way. I did not feel either at how my call at the pharmacy was handled. Already switched pharmacies.

They hung up on me 3 times while I was on hold before I was able to finally speak with someone. The person was incredibly rude and didn’t want to hear the instructions I was specifically given to tell them by my prescription insurance provider. The person I spoke with made comments about the situation under their breath and I honestly don’t believe they are going to call the insurance with the correct information. Whoever answered the phone at 10:35am today should be retrained and taken off the phones.

Not open 24 hours despite huge freaking sign that says "24 hours" this has been going on for more than a year now as you can see from the reviews but yet they refuse to update the website/ Google hours, DESPITE suggesting new hours to GoogleWonder if corporate even knows

The pharmacy is impossible to get on the phone, every single time I call no one answers the phone. I wait a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes until I give up and hang up. When I am in the store at the counter I watch them all ignore the phone when the phone is telling them they have multiple calls. They purposely ignore all the calls coming in. I should not have to drive all the way there to ask a simple question about my medication. It is infuriating!

multiple occasions where the doors are locked before 10pm even though there is a giant 24 hour sign hanging up. cashiers only want you to use self check out. they also locked a customer in the store last time i was there luckily they let her out, then relocated the door and stood in the doorway until it was 10pm

We had a late flight into Boston and planned to pick up some things here because it is supposed to be open 24 hours, but when we got there it was closed despite a big sign in the front window advertising that they are open 24 hours.
