I just bought a beautiful SUV from Ali at Auto House USA and I couldn’t be any happier with my buying experience with them. Flawless transaction, superb service and professionalism! They even fixed some very minor imperfections on the vehicle upon my request (I was being very picky). Ali also procured for me a Non-resident Short Term Registration from the State of MA so I can drive my new vehicle back to my home state and register it there. Auto House USA delivered my vehicle freshly detailed and in mint condition. I couldn’t be any happier, —will do business again. Highly recommended!! A++++!!!

I bought a car from these people back in 2020 the staff was nice nothing crazy when signed everything. Turns out I needed breaks and when I went to the where they use as mechanics there guy was hella rude and literally wanted to fight as in physical! And yes this happened in 2020 I’m writing this now idk if they fired that guy or if it’s a tactic they have to scare people of when the car needs sum after you buy it.

My experience with AUTO HOUSE USA in Saugus,MA was the best car buying experience I have ever had!! I found the car (2015 BMW 535 iXdrive) I was interested in on their website and when I got to their business the next day I found the car to be as nice as it was represented as on website. That does not usually happen when buying used car!
No hassle. They delivered the car cleanly to me with the one repair I asked to be done was done exactly as we discussed! Just guys that are true to their word! Michael, Aly and Anderson were a pleasure to deal with. They knew how to make process seamless. I would recommend anyone looking for a used car to take a look at their website. They had a lot of nice inventory. Their prices were very fair.
I travelled from almost 50 miles away and I am glad I did.

I bought a 2015 Mercedes Benz GL450 in Feb 2024, couple weeks later a bad noice comes whenever I start engine then engine light has been checked on dashboard. I brought to the Mercedes Service Center in Burlington, I got diagnostic report as attached. I believe this SUV was sold with many issues hidden.

Just bought our 3rd car from Autohouse. Always bought used vehicles. My first was a Mercedes then my husband bought a convertible Volvo. Today I picked up my Land Rover Discovery. Myself and Teresa found the best people to buy a vehicle from. As soon as we saw the car we wanted, we were given the keys for test drive and after that we sat down and bought our vehicle. When I say we were treated great it's an understatement.
