This individual store is a toxic workplace. Store manager is underqualified, denying employees company provided training as an avoidable expense then bullying them when their lack of training conflicts with her modifications of store policies. Corruption is incentivised to make numbers more perfect than reality could ever be. The store manager expects co-operation with slavery, unequal dependencies, dictatorship, and cult idolatry. There is a common theme of working with back injuries and an avoidance by scheduled cashiers of the last half of the peak hours between 11 and 4 as too stressful. To all who are about to be damaged, I salute you!

Old lady with greasy hair said my card was declined . After an embarrassing situation made worse be her. She said loudly your card was declined. Meanwhile a long line was forming. She clearly was not running it right. After trying 2 cards to no avail I left without my things. I went home called my bank to see why both my cards were declined. Funny story they were never processed . She did put the sale through to process, nor did she press ok after using my password . My bank had no record of that transaction. Please get better trained help. I will never step foot in that store again. Also please ask her to wash her hair . She looks super filthy at the register. Avoid this dollar store at all costs!!

Normally I wouldn’t do this but this feels appropriate, I generally go to this dollar tree often and all the other cashiers a great from what I’ve seen. However, I came in to get a birthday card and this blonde short haired woman immediately came off super hateful to me and had quite a tone. I must say it left me with a bad feeling leaving the store.

Sign says there open at 8 am got here at 8:55 and the doors where locked .

The young man working today (August 5th) around 11 am was so friendly & kind to every customer! This store is stocked with lots of great finds & the staff is nice!

This location and Falmouth needs HELP! They are always closed at peak hours. Should take the hours off of the door.... I can't believe it takes someone not working there to advise this ?

The rudest person closed the door on my face when I tried to enter the store at 4:40 pm. The door sign says they close at 9 pm. See photo. I explained I needed one item and they were lots of customers inside and paying. She says “ah ah, not today”. According to her the store closes at 5 pm but 20 minutes before that she turned me and other customers away. Then businesses complain they do not sell enough. Well. I’m not coming back to this bad attitude to customers business

Website and store sign hours say that they are open until 9pm. Got there about 5:45pm and the doors were locked. No temporary sign explaining about why they were closing early. Store is losing business by not being open, and probably making other customers angry for no explanation!
