This store is awesome!! I have been coming to this store for a while now and Ali and Logan are so nice! They are more than willing to accommodate anything that they may not have for you and are always quick to ask you about your day and how you are doing, especially when you have been there before. This is hands down the best store I have ever been to they are so great and loving to there customers so polite and generous there store has such a great variety of everything u could ever need and the best thing is they are open 24 hours 7 days a week u see the same faces everyday at this store its more than a store to the city of Salem when u walk in u can tell the great impact they have on the city of Salem they feed the homeless they have dog treats for your pets they give out little treats to the kids in the neighborhood this store seems to me as a part of the Salem mass family not just a store in the city.Thank you Salem Food Store for being so amazing

I don't understand why people like to bad mouth people who give great service Ali and Logan are the best representatives of this store A very caring and attentive and very professional, I've been shopping at the store for a very long time and They stand out from the rest... My favorite shop. It seems like they deal with some strange accusations from less-than-ideal clientele, but Ali & Logan are amazing!! They carry some great specialty foreign candies as well.

That’s false because I have been going there for about 15 years and since the banned menthols I’ve been going outta state to get my menthols since they’ve been banned Salem food store has been and still is one of the best stores around here

The menthol cigarettes that they sell there are COUNTERFEIT & they will sell them to you for EBT (food stamps) they buy them I. N.Y. real cheap they are not really NEWPORTS/MAVERICK MENTHOS/MARLBORO MENTHOL, they are COUNTERFEIT AND the IRS should look into this because they sure are not paying taxes & again COUNTERFEIT!!! Don't believe me? Y a pack of your favorite MENTHOL in N.H. & Then apack from SALEMFOOD STORE (FORMERLY SALEM 7) After you cough your brains out you'll probably put it together then.

Absolutely love this place! They carry the best items around town and the customer service from Logan, Ali, and that new guy Dave are fantastic! Friendly to everyone and an asset to the community !!
