“Hi there.I came in shortly before the holidays needing help activating my new phone. I just came over from T-Mobile. I was assisted by David Lara and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I previously spent almost an hour trying to work with the help desk and was unsuccessful. David got me in, and within 10 minutes my issue was taken care of.I work for a technology company and do tons of business from my phone, so being offline for extended periods of time isn't usually an option for me, thanks to Davids outstanding service, I was able to get connected.Thank you David!”

“5 months ago, I stopped by at this Walmart. As I was looking around and doing my shopping. I walked past 3 store associates who were goofing off playing with their cell phones,socializing with their co-workers, and didn't bother to acknowledge me. As I was looking around in one of the aisles, a store associate caught me off guard, and asked if I needed help looking for an item. I told the store associate that I was looking for a particular Bod Spray. The store associate was very nice & helpful, and she went above and beyond to look for that Bod Spray. I believe the Walmart employee who helped me name is Karlie. She was wearing glasses, she had long wavy dark hair, and she had ink on some of her fingers. If Karlie is her name, well she definitely deserves a raise and a promotion.”
