So for some reason this Stop and Shop is the most expensive Stop & Shop in the area, even if I look on the app and it says one price and when you go to the store it is at least $1 more. Not to mention that for some is they basically have no variety of cultural food. All the people that work here seem to be just as drab as the store itself

I went there 2 times to return an item cost me $19,the customer service told me that he needs permission from the manager, the manager told me that he needs the receipt, and the receipt was somewhere in the trunk of my car he refused to refund me with a very bad manner , the stop and shop policy say that anyone can return items even if there is no receipt, and show I.D if the amount is bigger than $20 ,therefore I left the place and being refunded in another stop and shop but the manager gave me an attitude and he took it very personal, his name is Angelo .I will take that matter to the company first and in case they refuse my complaint then I will take it to the federal consumer agency. Today is August 25th2024, management is getting a little bit better.

I shop at your store quite often and go through self checkout. I am always amazed at how wonderful Linda works! She is always so pleasant and helpful to everyone! Great Customer Service!!! I also must say the Manager Alec is truly what every manager should be. He is always on the floor smiling and helping out! That is how I got to know him, what a great guy! So Friendly and also very helpful! Great asset to your company! Thank you! Colleen Falzone I also have to add that the only two Friendly women at Customer Service are Joann and Amanda! I wish the rest would follow their people skills!!

There is a man there that when I went in with my daughter and was waiting in line he kept gawking at my daughters chest he's was being so creepy, I took my stuff and went in another line, and when we were leaving he kept saying hey hey and was dropping something on the floor looking at me and my daughter. He was being very creepy I understand he has problems but he's old enough to know right from wrong.

I shop here all the time bc it's convenient and close to me plus y'all always have what we need. However your employees need to chill with their sexism. Stop looking at female customers saying "guess you're gonna be doing a lot of cooking this week" and "let the man do that" in response to me handing the cashier 4 12 oz box cans. These comments are unnecessary and it makes me angry every time I come here and it's happened multiple times. Stop hiring old degenerates. I wasn't rude it anything to her to deserve that kind of treatment. I even helped her bag my stuff. Disgusting behavior it's 2024 not 1950.

very rude customer service try to talk to them but they act like the couldn't hear so they don't have to talk. call them on a different phone and got the same reaction. guess i never shop here again peace
