I used to love coming here. Now I dread it. Having to retrieve cart from the parking lot since there are none in the store or in the entrance area. Constant empty shelves that remind me of the days of covid. No meats, frozen seafoods, dairy items. Just EMPTYNESS. I will be using my Costco membership a lot more at this point. Whoever is running this place needs to be fired.

today, March 13th, I went to the gas station and noticed that there was a huge hole at the entrance to the gas station and I went to inform a man with a beard and gray hair and approximately 65 years old. This man was the rudest person I have ever met in America. When contacted,he replied that he doesn't own the property and that he doesn't work fixing asphalt... he told me that he wasn't there to hear complaints and that if I wanted to complain, I could go into Bjs and complain. I was trying to help and ended up being poorly treated. I even understand that it is very difficult to find employees today, but having people like gonna make bjs no longer have any customers. Tomorrow I will sign up for my cosco card and I promise that I will not renew my plan at bjs and also I will tell all my friends and family what happened today. It happened around 8 pm.

Despite the time of year, they were fully staffed and there was no wait.

This store in Revere has some of the worst employees out of any retail store I have ever shopped. I had an issue in the past with them closing the gas station 20 mins early when I desperately needed gas because the kid wanted to be out on time so he was turning customers away. Then tonight, the store closes at 9pm on Sundays, I had time to get gas and only needed 2 cases of water, walked in the door at 8:52pm and was told they don’t allow anyone in after 8:45. I said I only need 2 cases of water it’s not going to take me 8 mins, he started yelling NOOOOO we are closed. So I proceeded into the storeWalked straight to the waters threw them in my carriage and paid express pay which means I don’t even need to go through a register. When I got to the door he started waving for his whole team to come attack me. Then he said yelling and saying we are closed, go home you big baby in front of my 12yr old daughter who was sitting there shaking her head trying to figure out what was wrong with him. Mind you our transaction was done before 9pm and I would have been out of the store but I had about 4 employees standing around acting like they wanted to fight me. Note to self BJ’s, if you close at 9 then that means 9, not 8:45 because you want to be out the door by 9. And if you close at 9 then schedule your employees until 9:15 or 9:30 so this doesn’t happen again to someone else. Remember we pay for a membership, so have your employees learn how to act or get rid of them because what happened tonight was totally unacceptable. Maybe it’s time I cancel my BJ’s membership & reopen my Costco’s, they have a lot nicer stuff there anyways.

Great gas prices and great assortment of retail. You’ll always find what you need here and sometimes a lot more than what you wanted. With a wide variety of items and fair prices to boot this wholesale club definitely has the leg up!

Went in there today. I couldn’t be more disappointed in the cashiers behavior and attitude towards myself and my husband. We waited just like everyonelse and was nothing less than polite however this particular cashier who seems to just “dislike” my skin color for lack of the proper words and treated us as such. In this day in age most of us can understand and speak different languages. Shame no one taught her better manners. Not greeting us was only the beginning of a horrible experience. After watching her interact with the other patrons. She refused to give us the coupons we clipped claiming we didn’t buy the correct items when we clearly did. She began tapping her feet when I went to pay and even went as far with her attitude towards us to rip our receipt in half pulling it out of the register in a tizzy. Now I didn’t put up a stink I figured I’d just go to customer service and have them correct my receipt. However, when you see that you are clearly being racially profiled and it’s so obvious it needs to be addressed as it should be if the situation was reversed. We spoke with the Supervisor who gave us her name once we explained our experience and advised us to speak with the store manager as well as call corporate as this isn’t the first time she’s had complaints against this particular cashier. We spoke with the store manager who apologized but that’s not what was due. The manager should’ve addressed the cashier that moment and sought out what the issue was instead of leaving us feeling completely beside ourselves that not only was she allowed to behave that way but I wonder how many before and how many after are forced to deal with her behavior. It just wasn’t right for a long time customer. So I pledge from now on as long as she is working there I will make sure that every single person of my color goes in her line. Maybe even show her that we can speak her language as well and she should have better manners and be more professional. Because she’s got a long way to go in life and that kinda behavior won’t be handle so calmly in the future by others I’m sure of it. This coming from a retail worker myself.

Went there to buy waters and everyone’s light was going off. The lady who was posted to do her job was there talking on the phone then proceeded to walk away even though everyone needed her.. they need to do something about staffing or put the barcode scanners back on the register. Covid is over no need to not have at least the scanners back on the registers none the less be “short” staffed.

Alarm goes off 24/7 every month for a week in the back of their building and it takes several people who live across the street to get BJs to address it. This alarm is so bothersome and I can hear it with my windows shut! How can the facility manager or staff be so oblivious!!

I had my appointment way ahead of time. Got there before the appointment. My car was taken to the bay.The attendant started working on my car.He was by himself, no help.Every time a customer popped up at the counter he would stop working on my car and take care of it.That's 4 or 5 customer being taking care, but not me.I really felt like a fool, very bad feeling.Meaning every customer that showed up was more important than me.Very bad that BJs tires can treat customers that bought and paid for the tires in advance should go through this humiliation. No, think twice before buying and installing tires at that store.

Quick and fast for a Sunday. Very nice cashier as well. I forgot his name. But there were only two on shift, and the other was a female.

Went there for a flat and was told to come back tomorrow. Again there was only one person there and no one around. I didn't plan for a flat, it wasn't busy either. No one around. Called the Medford club and was told to come down. Went there and was taken care of. This is not the first time this happened. A few months back with my other vehicle, same situation. I understand if I purchased the tires. No can plan to a flat. That is why this is the last time I purchase any tires from the. Tire fair or Marvin's bet will take care of me much better than BJ's.

I put an online delivery order for my elderly handicapped mom. After paying the 15 dollar service fee and 20 dollar tip the most important items weren't even delivered. There were only around 12 items or less. No one really cares and they don't offer to deliver it. Just a refund for the missing items. You would have to pay again if you need them to deliver again. Horrible customer service. Negative stars for what they do to elderly handicapped people.

Just had the most Horrible experience at BJs in Revere Massachusetts. Pre Ordered 2 roasts! A 10lb boneless prime rib and a 10 rib crown roast! Even called to confirm! I was told if your paper is in the box it will be there! I specifically asked if both would be ready? I was told again if its in the box it will be there. He asked my pick up time I said 2pm he said yes it will be ready! I go today my pick up day and I get the prime rib. I was told he didn't have the crown roast. The other employee pulled my paper and showed him yes there is supposed to be one! He says I have 1! I ask in the interim if I could get a leaner Prime rib the one I was given the meat was too fatty! He Took the same roast and cut the fat cap off! Omg yep ruining the entire 10lb roast! I was like No I wanted a leaner cut even used a 6lb to show him... I had to find some help! I was told 15 minutes for them to trim the crown roast. Something that was pre-ordered! We waited over a half hour still had nothing! Totally ruined our families Christmas dinner! On top we have a huge storm coming and there is no way I can get our Christmas dinner! We have guests and my wife and I are overwhelmed with embarrassment! BJs has made a disaster out of our holidays! Beyond dissatisfied and disappointed! The Hartford Family
