i recently bought a vehicle here & honestly i've been appalled by the horrible service. originally my car wouldn't start after less than 6 months of owning it, so i called to have it towed into the dealership. i was lied to about weather or not my warranty covered towing, eventually i found out it did, got it towed in and had the battery replaced. they completely gave me the run around about what's actually covered in my warranty. NOW, my car won't start again. i have it towed in, & i get a TEXT, which is completely unprofessional, from the salesman asking if i put an aftermarket remote start in my vehicle, which i didn't. then i find out that they didn't even know they sold me a preowned car w a press to start button. completely unprofessional & ridiculous

This was the most pain-free car buying experience I've ever had. Originally thought of getting a CX-30 but after test-driving it, I decided I needed a larger vehicle. Niman Liu, the Sales Manager, was so helpful in talking me through all the different options I had available and getting several vehicles available for me to test-drive. He really paid attention to what was important to me and really built my comfort level in making a purchase here. I then noticed the Signature CX-5 Turbo in the showroom and that's when Tom in sales was able to direct me to a CPO vehicle with the same specs, just the 2022 version with very low mileage. It was meant to be. I walked out same day having purchased exactly what I wanted. I usually hate car shopping but this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had. Doug from financing was pleasant and expedient. The entire team took a no pressure approach and really just wanted me to make the decision that was best for me and one which I was most comfortable with. Sincere thanks to Niman, Tom, and Doug. Top notch service and I think you have a Mastria customer for life!

Don't bother buying used here, it's waste of time and more importantly your hard earned $ . First off the car was covered in dust the I was told and showed on a print out mechanic had just finished a 160 point inspection that cars air filter was brand new guess what ? It wasn't . It might have been the original It was low on oil too which means the mechanic thinks every car takes 5 quarts of oil . Do you want that kind of mechanic? Doesn't even understand different engine sizes use diff amounts of oil . I mean dang that's 101 oh and it had been in an accident . CARFAX isnt worth the sheet it's printed on . Just a warning, not even gonna drop names ,hate to either cost the guy his job or expose the used car dealer for what they are ... .. In the it's your $ so buy from the Honda or Toyota families .I wasn't there for a Mazda either they are not Toyota or Hondas

Update March 2023: Another great experience at Mastria Mazda! I can't recommend this dealership enough if you are looking to acquire your next car. I am on my third lease cycle with Mastria and the entire process was a quick and seamless transaction of trading in my old car for the upgraded version. I was in and out within an hour and 15 minutes, having test drove the car and signed all the paperwork. I came back a couple hours later to pick up the car and be on my way! General Sales Manager Mike Luu, Product Specialists Tom Belliveau and Josh Clarkin, and Business Manager Peter Brandao were all great to work with!

I purchased a new 2022 Mazda 3 Turbo PP for MSRP from Mastria Mazda in August 2022. At the time MSRP was reasonable. Another dealer 3 additional hours away (and Mastria was already 1.5 hours away) was asking 1500$ over MSRP and wouldn't budge. I could easily have waited another 6 months before Mazda landed additional cars in this color anywhere in the US. The purchase process was smooth and their communication was excellent and they were very organized despite a purchase process spanning several months from deposit to delivery and them having to hand me off between 5 or so people over that stretch. On delivery the car was immaculate, and I am picky about paint and do all my own detailing. Many of the people at the dealership that I talked to seemed like "car people." They didn't play any complex games on price, trade in, or financing to try and extract a few extra dollars. I would definitely purchase a car from Mastria again.

This was our first time visiting Mastria Mazda. We had researched the CX5 from home and knew we were interested in test driving one.
We have bought several new cars in our lives, but the experience we had at Mastria was the best ever. Our salesman was Colton Connell. There was absolutely no pressure at all on his part. He listened to us and was so pleasant. I would encourage anyone to ask for Colton. Thank you for taking the stress out of our big purchase! We will not ever hesitate to do business with Mastria again!

Another great experience at Mastria; this time at their Mazda franchise. To be honest, I was reluctant to engage in the process of buying a new car during the pandemic as I had no desire to enter a dealership. My concern was put to rest by the exceptional care of the Mastria Staff in making a safe, inviting & comfortable environment in the showroom. Kudos for taking this seriously! In addition & as always, the actual car buying experience was exceptional!

Fast and Friendly service, I have a Mazda and a Subaru that I have serviced by Mastria. The tech sent a video summary of my car's condition and the work done, and they washed it!
