They are focused and driven to provide amazing customer service and that is why me and my team refer them often! We know the buyers are going to be contacted ASAP and most importantly!! They let you know up front if they can qualify for a loan or not and they always get to the closing table

CrossCountry mortgage has the best team. They really make things happen for you. Everyone works really hard. I never had to worry about deadlines because they were always on top of it. We were able to close on our home in just 30 days. They made us feel like we were more than clients and more like family. They were always there to answer any questions. If I ever plan on buying a second home or selling my current home in the future I plan to use CrossCountry Mortgage again. Their services are truly unmatched.

Paul, Ivan and Vinh have been super responsive and helpful. I've only just started the application process but feel better cared for than any other previous mortgage brokers that I've worked with in the past.They took the time to understand my needs and situation and gave me options and solutions. I feel like they're really willing to go to bat for me and do the extra legwork to meet my financing needs.
