I bought the Sterling Silver Mermaid Dangle Earrings with Blue Swarovski Crystal as an anniversary gift for my wife. She loved it! The online purchase process was easy. Shipping was fast. There was good communication from the staff. The extra $5 for gift wrapping was worth it. I will definitely buy from this store again.

There are quite a few items that are not locally made which is disappointing. The main reason for one star is the rude customer service that was witnessed. You will be told very rudely to go away unless you buy something. Business tip: inviting people into the store during bad weather may encourage them to buy your products.
