I'm giving Kahian's a higher rating than I otherwise would based on the work effort undertaken to install a wood floor in my old house in 2021. However, the project was left unfinished as one of my thresholds required a custom piece. It has been well over a year and I'm still trying to chase them down to complete. I am disappointed that this cost $200.00, was paid up front, and had I not chased them down it would have gone unnoticed by Kahian's. My most recent text was ignored. I've spoken with the manager (months ago) and have been directed to chase down their employee to get it scheduled. He brought in threshold that did not match my floor and that is where it was left. Unacceptable.

Kahian's appliances was great (only reason they got 2 stars) but sadly we had a TERRIBLE experience with flooring! We bought a new construction and Kahian's did the flooring. We have areas of flooring near our kitchen cabinets where the flooring was cut crooked so that some areas were flush against the cabinet and other areas with the same slat had 1/4 inch gaps. We also have gaps near some of our baseboards. Sadly I didn't notice the gaps until recently when I dropped something and bent down to get it. After the installation of our carpet, I noticed that some carpeting on our stairs looked like it was chewed up. I brought the pictures to Kahian's and one of the carpet installers was there. He saw the pictures and said it looks like someone tore the carpet with the chisel. Then come to find out it was this installer who did it. So he tore the carpet and hoped no one would notice? Anyways, we hounded them for months, calling multiple times a week to get it fixed. They kept telling us that they were on it. Well it's been almost 6 months and they're ignoring our calls to have an issue fixed that their employee admitted to causing. The carpet was also not stretched during installation so we have areas that are bunched up and rippling or are crooked. It's bad enough that they left blood stains on the carpet during the installation process which we had to make sure we got cleaned up once we moved in, but they have zero follow through in regards to customer service when it comes to the flooring. Definitely a horrible experience. They get 5 stars for the appliance sales staff and 0 for the flooring.

I Highly advise not going to this store for appliances I cannot speak for carpet and or other services they offer I'm gonna assume it all sucks. But I ordered a fridge which was and still is on back order and I understand there is not much they can do with the time frame. My case maybe different it's a hard size fridge I wanted a certain color however they promised me more times than I can count that they could help me find another fridge,and at a certain point I was just looking for stainless Which is pretty standard they said they would email and call me back with comparable fridges they never did. They just kinda suck. also I literally have been dealing with them for 10 months FYI no fridge I just cancelled no I'm sorry no why are you cancelling Thank god for good old Lowe's I got such amazing customer service they took the time to find what I needed I will never make the same mistake again it's not worth the Hassle. also when I started to tell multiple people I ordered a fridge from there they said Is the owner Steve I said yes then each time from multiple people who didn't know each other only gave big eye rolls And sigh's guess I wasn't the only one that they have treated poorly stay away far away. I repeat do not buy from them also they have high prices......

Victoria was so helpful with assisting me in getting a new washer and dryer set. She worked with my budget and found me a great deal. About a year later, I had trouble with the dryer and they sent someone to come fix it for me at no charge! Shop local!
