Honda service is a nightmare to deal with. When I first bought my 2020 odyssey of course the sales person buttered us up, told us to bring the car to the service center, “no one better to take care of your Honda than the Honda service center” is what we were told.
I had oil changes there, and regular upkeep, until one appointment the service representative came up to me and said I needed all of this work done, it was past due, and I needed to get it done, this was two years ago, I was upset because why wasn’t this told to me at previous appointments? I had so much trust in this location and I was completely caught off guard, and let down. This instance ended my relationship with Honda for a bit, until one of the managers there apologized, genuinely made up for the lack of customer values, and fixed the car, adding in a detail, I didn’t expect it and was truly grateful.
I’ve kept up with oil changes local to my town out of convenience, but recently needed some brake work and shock work done, I figured I’d try Honda again. In the first phone call we inquired about rental that is covered under Honda care still for us, we were told a rental might not be available, but to call first thing in the morning and there could possibly be one.
I called first thing this morning and I was told something completely different, there has to be a diagnoses first (was never mentioned on the first call). I mentioned this was never mentioned and the associate continued to bark at me that “everyone follows by the book”. It truly felt because I am woman, they treat me like I’m dumb, the condescending tone from the male associates, and telling my husband something completely different than what they told me, leads me to believe this.
Without going into further detail, of how Honda is incredibly cheap with their customers, and condescending toward women, save yourself the massive headache and go elsewhere.

I've purchased two new vehicles at Tufankjian in past year. Knowledgeable, patient, good-natured staff. Most satisfactory car buying experience in my 76 years. I recommend this dealership without reservation.

I recently bought a new to me used car and the process was seamless! Dave Sandhu was an amazing salesman, and didn’t try to pressure me into a car! After coming from a different dealer that wasn’t interested in selling me a car it was refreshing to get a car from good people / a good dealership!!

Our advisor, Kayla was nothing short of amazing. Knowledgeable, no pressure, amazing customer service. The complete opposite of what you hear when you hear cars sales person. I would suggest her and use her again in a heartbeat

I bought my car here, and the whole experience from start to finish was nothing short of excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. The rest of my family has now purchased cars from here because of the excellent service, and because of how trustworthy and fair the staff here is. I can't recommend this place enough, it is the perfect place to buy a car.

Seamless carbuying experience; I walked in and left a couple of hours later with my new car driving ready. All of the staff were knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, but best of all, they were upfront with everything from start to finish. My salesman (I am terrible with names) was especially wonderful, genuinely friendly, and patient with all my questions. They even delivered my vehicle to my house for me!

My 2017 civic had ac problem. They try to tell me that it is not covered by warranty and make me paid for it. After a call to Honda cs hotline.I was able to get a refund. Not an honest dealer that you should bring in your car

Honda of Plymouth has never disappointed me in all my years doing business there. First off, the service department is fantastic. They consistently provide comprehensive information about my car while being serviced, and, as a single lady, never once felt like they were attempting to deceive or exploit me.
These same characteristics was displayed by Eduardo and Jason in the sales department as I recently purchased a vehicle from them. Eduardo was there to answer my questions and he was very knowledgeable about all the new features and equipment. During our interactions, there was an absence of any coercion or high-pressure tactics to make a purchases which put me at ease. Jason skillfully negotiated the numbers to secure the vehicle to an attractive price point. He was patient with me as I mentally processed the figures he was presenting me, and, again, all without applying pressure or being aggressive to make a sale.
