Went to look at computers and met at the door by Liam. He sold me on an HP Spectre touting price matching and such. Purchased a $1700 laptop. Found the same later on the HP site for $1200. Here is the catch: Best Buy has their own specific part number so that you cannot find the same model number at any competitors! Total scam.
Liam is a used car salesman, be aware!

Walked in for an appointment at 3:27 which was at 3:30 . Stood in line patiently and a representative by the name of came out and rudely greeted me as if I didn’t belong at all . Aggressively asked for my name of Brandon . And made me feel completely uncomfortable. Felt because maybe I’m African American he treated me this way. Very unfortunate… will not be returning . Terrible geek squad customer service !!

Got a new radio and car starter really easy process staff is super nice and approachable. Car techs are knowledgeable helpful and professional. The store overall is nice easy to get what you need and the staff always give good recommendations.

Well, I was sent here from Verizon for a Samsung Galaxy s20 case bcuz Verizon didn't have it in stock. The guy "C" was helpful in explaining why they didn't make it anymore, but had looked online & said that my best bet was to buy it online instead. Unfortunately, Best Buy also didn't carry it in the store either but he did explain that online stores tend to keep more stock on older/discontinued products. He was right! I just wished that I could have bought it in store instead.
Because of his attitude and helpfulness, I will be more inclined to shop at Best Buy now. Thank you ? Michele DG, Carver Ma

My significant other ordered a washing machine from here. The delivery man was rude cutting him off, tried removing the old washing machine by himself and snapped our pipes. My significant other of course got mad because he watched the man do it and the man tried to deny it. I heard the snap and came running down. Now we have water leaking into our basement and they left with the new washing machine and without taking our old one and now we have water in the basement. Best Buy told us they’ll file a claim but it’s a third party delivery service. We are so disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience with "Jay" and the installation Geek Squad department at Best Buy, he was extremely rude very inconsiderate did not take care of my needs refused to answer questions and be of help. I will no longer shop at Best Buy I will take my business elsewhere please learn from my experience not to use Geek Squad at this Best Buy location in Plymouth for Jay the head electronic installer was beyond inconsiderate. Never again will I give Best Buy another hard-earned dollar of mine.
