I was 5 minutes late and Nancy refused to take me as she put it to wash cut & style takes exactly 30 min. all I ever had done by the former owner was wash cut & blow dry, and I'm done in 20-25 min... According to my house clock I had enough time. I checked my watch to their clocks, and it was 5 min. fast. I get if I was more than 10 min. late to reschedule but 5 min. I've never been to a hairdresser and had this done to me.
