They got right to work on the car and got it fixed. They struggled with substandard parts supplied by a local parts house. They got us back on the road. We are 16 hours drive from home so that saved part of our vacation.

Great people. They checked my car out, diagnosed the issue, and called the Subaru dealership to check if the issue was covered by my warranty for me. It was, and they didn't charge me anything for the diagnotic.

Jerison is amazing. I pulled up to him because my son got entangled in his seatbelt. I went to two closer mechanics and they couldn’t figure out how to deranged my son.Within 5minutes my so. I called them about a vehicle listed for sale. Told them I was very interested and wished to put down a deposit. Explained i was coming from 4 hours away and would be there the next day by noon. He said it wasn't necessary, that he would hold it for me. I arrived at noon and some people were picking up the vehicle. He said he sold it the night before. The guy doesn't honor his word. Buyer beware.

My van was acting funny on the turnpike. I went in to discuss what It could be. They checked the tires and wheels. As I has recently hit 100k I wanted the transmission checked. I made the appointment. I arrived and there had been a mix up with the schedule, no problem. They called when the van was ready. I went to pick it up. I was given the bill and asked if I had any questions. The bill was actually less than I thought it would be. They rebalanced and rotated the tires and did a wheel alignment. Changed the fluid in the transmission. The van is running well, no more shudder, and the shifting is a lot smoother.I highly recommend John’s Automotive.Services: Wheel alignment
