We were customers of Hollis Pharmacy who got bumped to Walgreens when Hollis Pharmacy closed. We were encouraged by friends to try Pepperell Family Pharmacy. So glad we listened. We have only had one prescription filled by PFP and it is already a supremely better experience than Walgreens. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been using Pepperell Family Pharmacy since Tracy started her business in 2007. Tracy CARES about the patients who come to her pharmacy. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Several vaccines are offered. Highly recommend this pharmacy! I continue to drive from several towns away to continue to use this pharmacy.

They used to be great but have gone downhill lately. The last time I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes to get my prescription only to be told it wasn't filled yet and you come back in a few hours. It still wasn't filled yet.Today I get a call telling me that they cant fill my prescription because they don't have the right dosage. No one said anything to me for the first few minutes I was in there. Then tells me to wait a minute a few times. Finally asked my name while walking away and can't hear it. So I repeat it louder and she gets defensive.Might need to check out the Walgreens if this trend keeps happening.

I lived in Pepperell for 10 years and was very happy with the service I received from Tracy and staff. Courtesy and caring are top priority with Pepperell Family Pharmacy. I have moved from the area, otherwise I would still be filling prescriptions here. Tracy has always been able to make it work with strict insurance protocols, they go out of their way to contact your physician as needed for additional authorization or renewals. The occasional wait while things are being processed is totally to be expected, and I don't know another pharmacy that will front you a few days of a medicine until the remainder gets delivered. Also, if you're lucky, there might be a very friendly bulldog and pug walking around to help you pass the time.

I changed to Pepperell Family Pharmacy 6 months ago, from a big chain pharmacy. The service at this family run business is amazing. Prescriptions are filled promptly. No long lines to wait in. Everyone is pleasant and it has never been crowded when I've been there. Vaccines are available there too.

Great first experience!The staff was able to track down and fill a medication that other places cannot seem to keep in stock.Quickly helped and on my way in less than 3 minutes.Plenty of parking and a great reuse of one of the areas historic railroad stations.The historic photos inside are a nice touch

Can't say enough about the friendly, helpful, and most importantly reliable staff at Pepperell Family Pharmacy. Our family routinely comes here for flu vaccines, but only today did we have a prescription filled because CVS didn't have the medication. Pepperell arranged the transfer, dealt with the unprofessional people at CVS who were dragging their feet, and when the prescription finally arrived the folks at Pepperell filled it within minutes. Really great people and we'll move all our prescriptions here!

i loved this pharmacy at first then it hit a huge downfall when I realized just how bad the employees are treated. I've gotten multiple refill prescriptions at this pharmacy for a while and seeing how Judy treats her employees makes me sick. And why evertime I go, there's always a new clerk. In my time going there for refills, multiple clerks were constantly having their job taken by judy because she thinks they don't know what their doing. I even apologized to an Employee once on Judy's behalf due to how she treated that poor man. To lack trust in her own employees just shows how poorly this business is ran to begin with. I don't care to support a business that doesn't want to care for their employees.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Many of the employees are extremely rude and there is almost always a problem with deliveries. It’s like dealing with the Keystone cops, trying to get them to keep your prescriptions straight, and it’s a downright ordeal to deal with this place, period. Stay away, unless you enjoy constantly dealing with chaos and craziness.

The owner/pharmacist, Tracey, is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time to listen to any questions or concerns. This pharmacy truly cares about your well-being. You will NOT be just another refill there.

one of my coworkers goes there and says he heard staff making rude comments about customers who were actually in the store at the time. I had the same experience at the Ayer location
