So far, I am having a very positive experience with LogiWorld. I love their packing, shipping, and storage services and will soon try their incoming freight quotation. The facility looks clean and secure, and the packing staff felt my anxiety about the packing and did a great job.

We recently used LogiWorld to help us with a container shipment from Pakistan. Suffice it to say there were lots of challenges due to the hot conflict in the Middle East. Sarah at LogiWorld kept in constant communication with us and handled numerous delivery setbacks. This is a very competent outfit and in this time of supply chain uncertainty an important shipping partner.

Before I enlisted LogiWorld, I probably made every possible mistake, but they took the lead, untangled my mess, and got my shipment safely to me, and on time. I never solicited these people, yet the same fellow "Brian Reilly" literally emailed me over a dozen times over months. I responded the first time with not interested. Even though he continues just to send email solicitations. At what point doe sit go beyond solicitation into harassment? Almost like the movie fatal attraction. Next time ill just move people like this to junk.

Very reasonable, helpful and responsive folks. In the end we cross-docked in a different warehouse (liner was less than helpful and refused to deliver to LogiWorld). Once they knew that they immediately issued a full refund. If I ever have to deal with a container again, I will go to LogiWorld, for the professionalism.

Shipping cross country in this Covid-19 environment is a nightmare to say the least. My company used LogiWorld when our usual freight company could not fulfill an order, and I was extremely pleased with their service. They provided excellent communication and transparency through the entire process and when delivery day came, a day where I'm usually waiting for something to go wrong, everything went smoothly. Their rates are also exceptional for the service they provide. We will definitely use LogiWorld in the future & highly recommend them!
