Excellent service! Needed and window screen replaced dropped it off. The next day I received a call that it was ready for pick up. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend using their services.

Either the owner or an employee of the company has serious road rage issues. On numerous occasions I have seen him or experienced him driving like an absolute crazy person. This happens around 5:45am while he's in a company van and on his way to work. Completely unprovoked will tailgate people and then proceed to cut them off and try to run them off the road. He will then give a brake job the entire way down pleasant and oak street even if you slow down and try to stay away from him. My favorite part is when he takes a sudden right and tries to hide down pembroke woods drive instead of pulling into the business in corporate park drive. Really disturbing that someone in a company vehicle is so unhinged that they feel the need to drive like this at any time of the day, never mind before 6am. I'm sure calls have been put in to the police about this and I will definitely be calling the next time I see this happen. Also invested in a dash cam for things like this because this "man" is bound to cause a serious accident.

Practically had to beg them to bid on a window replacement and after calling and emailing multiple times (after sending photos as requested) they simply fail to respond. I know companies like this are busy right now, but at some point they won't be and will regret treating potential customers like garbage. AVOID!

They were great, my window got smashed in the wind storm. It was a double pane so I kept hearing I would have to replace the entire window, which I couldn’t find the manufacturer of so it wouldn’t have matched the rest of the house. I dropped it off they repaired it sooner than they told me it would take. I’d use them again next time I have a broken window.Service: Window repair
