They are the best. They delivered to me after the driver could not deliver to my apt. I am in a wheelchair and cannot come to the lobby of my building. They sent another in-house driver. I can't thank the enough. I would recommend the store to anybody looking for great customer service. Thank you

This is my regular liquor store. Kappy's is the stalwart crown jewel of 114. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Their selection is very good. If they don't have something you need, they can order it.
Donna, the Friday and Saturday wine tasting host is very helpful in finding you for a bottle to bring for a dinner party or (in my case) when your wife gives you very vague instructions about what she wants to drink tonight.
While Total Wine does have a wider selection, I don't think it's meaningfully wider. Kappy's has nearly everything necessary to make any cocktail you want with some fairly obscure exceptions. Pre-pandemic, they hosted cocktail classes. Those were great. I would love to see the cocktail classes come back.

I have a friend visiting salem for some witchy events this fall. Staying at a local hotel and i wanted to get them something nice for their stay. I spoke to Rick at Kappy’s and he help me navigate the online ordering. It arrived within 2 hours of ordering! Well done Kappys! Great customer service!
