I love nordstroms its my favorite store. I came in for perfume last week normally you hVe a girl.that works there with dark hair who was so helpful and friendly. I am l about customer service this blonde girl that worked there was not helpful at all. Never checked to see if you had it anymore. She needs a class on customer service I found my perfume elsewhere I never had a problem with anyone in your store but these young ones have no clue how to help.people.

The women's staff on the second floor of Nordstrom were some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. I was shopping with my wife and daughter - who kept sending me to get alternate sizes or colors of shirts or dresses - and the staff was constantly harassing me. Not, "Do you need help, sir?" but rather, "What are you doing, sir?" I was asked to wait outside the waiting room of the changing area. WAY outside. We couldn't even discuss the clothing they were considering purchasing. I don't know what happened to the staff to cause the level of paranoia they expressed over my presence as a male, but it was unwarranted and outright rude. We must have had $1,000 of clothes before we said, "Forget it, we don't want to buy anything from these people."

The men's suiting department us top notch. The seamstresses are some of the best in the business, and Sam, my personal style consultant, is awesome. Nordstrom has the best customer service on the planet.

Usually the perfume ladies are sweet and give you space to look around but I got harassed by a teen caucasian with black hair running the perfume. She would not let me sniff any smell or grab a perfume to even look at packaging and on top kept telling me what to get and not to get because pricing .

I was at the Peabody MA store today, to buy a cologne , Blake Bernard went above and beyond..It toke me a while , and he was so patient , and at any time he looked to be "stressed ".He the man!!! Thank so much, you are the best
