Working with Ray was a fantastic experience today! The minute I met Ray I knew I was working with a great local dealer! I arrived Ray and I chatted he put a plate on the vehicle we were interested in , we test drove it for over 45 minutes it was just what we wanted, we returned discussed the vehicle again and Ray sold us a great vehicle at a great price! The bottom line, great dealer! great Communication, great price! Thanks Ray for a fantastic overall experience!

At first I would have rated my experience with Ray 5 stars. However since purchasing a 2008 Ford Taurus x about 2 months ago it has been nothing but problems all around. When I bought my car Ray told me that he fixed the axel seals all the way around the car and that the transmission was good. Within the first week it passed inspection which was great but 3 weeks into having the car the water pump blew. It was a 3k expense that I was not really helped with in terms of compensation or an offer to return my money. The car was fixed. Now 2 weeks after that I am having transmission issues. The car doesn’t want to shift and sometimes locks up. the transmission place quotes 10k to fix the issues associated with tech at. That would be the axel seals, the rear differential, the transmission it’s self, the lines going to and from the transmission and the transfer case. I have tried to use the “ insurance” he offers with the purchase HOWEVER it does not cover all of the expenses for having to do the transmission and to fix all the problems Ray claimed to have already fixed. The insurance agency denied my Claim. Ray doesn’t stand by his vehicles and since doing business with him I’ve had the worst 2 months ever while owning a vehicle. I hope no one else has to go through this.

One of the owners Ray is an outstanding person! We had no car and bumming rides because our car died. He sold us his personal car that has been meticulously maintained. Very honest sincere man, would recommend to anyone looking for great deals and a great business to support. I will be buying all my future vehicles from Ray 100%

The most amazing trustworthy place I have ever dealt with! Bought a 2001 Nissan Xterra from Ray...the O2 sensor was an unknown issue that popped up 2 days after delivery but was swiftly taken care of by Ray. I can not say enough about how great this place is to deal with.
