If I could rate this place a zero star I would. I walked into the Norwood store this afternoon to get a tumbler. I wanted a purple one which had no price on it so I brought up a teal one which was marked $7.50. I advised the person at the register the only reason I brought up the teal tumbler was because that one was the one with the price tag on it. The manager advised me that the one I wanted was $16.99 which was about $10 more than the price on the purple one. Please I would love someone to explain this to me. If the same exact cup down to the same imperfection could be a $10 price difference in colors. I wish I could send pictures to prove my point but it probably wouldn't matter. TJ MAXX IS A SCAM BE CAREFUL

They have a lot of things. like clothes, toys, candles, and little things like phone cases, candy, etc.
They reminded me of a hand-me-down store. It's not its own thing.
I'm not saying i hate it. I love it. It's amazing. Everything is cheap. They have good and useful things, but I recommended making a section that says, "Hand me down if you don't want your store to have that vibe. If you do, then it is perfect. I also recommended adding bathrooms. I had to go to Shaws because I couldn't find a bathroom. Sorry!
I love this store with my whole heart, but I just wanted to recommend a few ideas

Terrible customer service and I'm a 3 strikes you're out... and each time it was the same. Staff seem disinterested and unkind. Zero positive personality and the Return System they have does not align w/my typical TJ experience. I'd give a zero if an option.

I usually find something I love or like needed pajamas for surgery found cute soft and comfy top and bottom for a great price but couldn’t help wearing them they have many categories for men women kids many jewelry items and accessories like pocketbooks belts sneakers shoes undies coats etc you can’t miss and workers are kind and friendly you can’t go wrong .Sometimes it’s a place to stroll and browse but you will get Lucky and find a great item or more

This place was busy on a Saturday afternoon. The lines were long, but moved fairly quickly. I found some goodies and even came across a cute pair of brand name jeans that actually fit me ( at a very reasonable price). I wanted to buy up all the hair oils, mousse, shampoos and conditioner, but I settled for my favorite body butter, some Dr. Bronners soap and something new; Airheads watermelon sugar scrub. I asked the woman who worked there where all the bar soap went and she was nice enough to show me a lil cut where they stashed some soaps, while they're moving a few things around in the store. I like coming " out" to Tj Maxx ( this means out of my hood cause they ain't got nothing on the shelves back home).

Oooweee!! Great selection and prices. There is a couple of things you must deal with in order to get these greaaaat prices though. One is there is an employee, let’s call him Noob Noob. He’s a janitor I think. He always pushes a broom around following Mrs Poopybutthole saying derogatory things. Not to her. He’s having a conversation with himself. But inappropriate none the less.Second thing is; there are an awful lot of hobos that sit in front of the store. They full on camp out. One of them I’ve seen multiple times I am certain was an Oompa Loompa on the original Willy Wonka. Same dimensions anyway.

TJ Maxx is great this time of year they have incredible Harry David dark chocolate popcorn. It's the best I've ever had. Great in the car as a snack. The clothing and other items highly recommend as well. Keep up the great work Happy Healthy New Year ??

I was at Norwood Tj maxx December 22 , I ldieft and forgot my wallet in the shop cart 2 minutes later I back to get and when I realized I had forgotten I was still inside the store was Ask help to the manager she's was super rude and helpless Ask if she can look the cameras she's say not , I called the cops , was taking with the cops and another Tj maxx employee come with my wallet, all documents but my money disappeared That's happened inside Norwood Ma Tj maxx with out any tj maxx employee support, I'm extremely sad, I'm a customer, I have a store credit card and I had no support!!
